Good Quality + Visible Results in Blood Work
I've never taken Fenugreek extract before, but WebMD said it was safe to experiment with so I gave it a go. After 10 days, I can say that there are no negative side effects. I take a slew of Supplements and constantly experiment with new things and then have my bloodwork analyzed for accuracy and effects. Pros: -Cost effective (Big Value for the cost). -Quality Control is excellent (Counted ALL 300 pills and they were present). -It did boost my testosterone (I'm the husband of the account holder) and was visible in my most recent blood work. -Easy to swallow and appears to be high quality. Cons: -None so far. Overall, I think this is a fine addition to my collection of daily supplements and will continue with it. I will report back in a few months to follow up.

I really liked this supplement. The rumors are true, it does make you smell like maple syrup. I was hesitant on how I would feel if I did end up smelling like a Waffle House, however, the smell is not that strong. I noticed the smell in just two days, especially when I would sweat, but I asked people around me and they said they did not smell that or anything. I did notice that when I would workout, my laundry would literally smell like I poured syrup on it. I was using it to aid in digestion, and I found that I was having way better digestion overall. I definitely see benefits when taking it and recommend it.

Nice Supplement, Takes Time to Work
Good quality fenugreek supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle lasts a long time with 300 capsules. I’ve noticed it helps with overall well-being and digestion. No bad aftertaste and the product feels well-made. The only reason for 4 stars is that results take some time to notice, but overall I’m happy with it.

Raises estrogen in women and testosterone in men. IT WORKS!
Updated (women see last sentence). I got this for healthy sperm production for him. After some research I saw it was good for me too. For him it’s giving viagra effects. Harder, longer time etc. for me it has raised my estrogen making me (a woman) quite well… maybe that’s TMI. Let’s just say I’m always ready to go when he wants to go. Even when he doesn’t lol. That’s new for him. Lil. Just saying if you’re taking this for better sperm and egg quality it may be working. But if you want him to take it for male stuff it DEFINITELY works. Note: We mix it with a 200mg ubicunol(coq10). It’s here on Amazon. Jarrow formula brand. Update: Ladies it can make your cycle late. My cycle was 10 days late and I wasn’t pregnant. If you’re trying to get pregnant this is a good thing that your cycle is longer. Mine went from 24 days to 35 days. Just FYI.
