My new favorite gym equipment
This has become my new favorite gym attachment when working on shoulders and arms. The cuff is comfortable and I haven't had any issues with it. Highly recommend especially for the price.

Great for upper arm isolation.
I experienced an injury to my brachioradialis so I needed to let it heal and I didn't want to stop working out. These straps saved the day. Would definitely recommend if you have any forearm pain when doing biceps or triceps. Also for reverse grip these are a game changer.
