FORGETTING?
Are you suffering from brain fog, forgetting things. Well, the reason for this is a parasitic toxin that eats the acetylcholine in your brain. It's from plastics. I personally love this product and it does what it is supposed to do. Helps restore the ability to find that memory you are thinking about. Plus added lions Maine to my regimen. A couple of months in and I feel the difference. But you need to give your body a chance to absorb the minerals. Give it at least 3 to 4 months. You will see the difference as i have. As you get older it's important to take supplements for your brain as it is for your body because after a certain age you're body doesn't produce it or less of it. Especially since plastic is everywhere it's important to take care of your mental health. I highly recommend this product as it does work and the fact that they have third party testing, which is important. For purity.

Espresso without the caffeine
Great product and cost overall. Full serving gives me a quick boost to focus without any caffeine

Aids morning training and work. Will continue to use.
I purchased Nutricost Alpha GPC to support early-morning training and overall cognitive performance. After a week of daily use (taken fasted before my 6am workouts, paired with 200mg caffeine), I’ve noticed meaningful improvements. The biggest change has been how much easier it is to wake up and get into my routine. Once I’m training, my focus feels dialed in — not jittery, just clear and steady. What surprised me is that the improved focus continues into my workday, making it easier to stay on task. I haven’t experienced any side effects, and the capsules are simple to take (two at a time, no taste, no discomfort). For the price and the quality, this supplement has been a great fit, and I’ll continue using it.

Didn’t make me jittery
I’m not sure if it works super well. But I appreciate that. It didn’t make me jittery or had very vision so it’s not too strong

excellent product but caution...
This and CDP Choline are the best choline products to buy, in my experience, night and day. I personally take one Alpha and one CDP in the morning, and one each again at bedtime. I noticed within a day or two my concentration and body coordination improved markedly... (not memory for me though unfortunately 😕) One night however I took 2 of one, and 2 of the other, (4 total) just doubled the capsules, and within about 30 minutes my legs and arms began moving on their own, painlessly, funny at first, than began worsening...still no pain, but I literally was moving like I had cerebral palsy, I am not joking...I then remembered it was a cholinergic reaction, that causes involuntary muscle movements, that can potentially include heart and/or diaphragm, and be life threatening or fatal. I called 911 and they agreed it would be fine just drink water until it wears off..and it did within 2 hours... Summary? Get this product and/or CDP Choline if you want a very high quality choline product...(which also says something about this brand, their products work well and are great for budgets pricewise), BUT RESPECT IT!!! ..Do not pop 3, 4, 10..it will not be pleasant...and can be life threatening. Finally, THIS IS NOT TELLING ANYONE TO DO THIS WITHOUT CHECKING WITH A DR. AND RESEARCHING FIRST...NOT LIABLE FOR INJURY FROM COPYING WHAT I DO WITHOUT CHECKING IT FIRST RESPONSIBLY WITH YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER: I take with Acetyl-L-Carnitine, DMAE, and D3, I also intend to add Huperzine A...this company had all of these...it was explained this combo helps the brain make acetyl-choline, that helps switch us from fight or flight when there is no real danger (oversimplifying of course, please research). There are other supporting supplements also. One source has been several doctors, another is a book called "Stress Free for Life" Ra Un Nefer Amen.

Started this supplement for brain health but was surprised it improved my skin. No miracle but a definite improvement.

Noticeable cognitive boost—but caused anxiety for me personally
I picked up Nutricost Alpha GPC (600 mg) as part of a nootropic stack while studying for exams. I was stacking it with Lion’s Mane, green tea extract, creatine, L‑tyrosine, vitamin K2, and my prescribed medication. The goal was to improve memory recall, focus, and mental stamina during heavy study periods. I did notice cognitive benefits. My recall felt sharper and my mental energy definitely increased. However, after running it for a couple of weeks, I started experiencing significant anxiety and restlessness. My energy levels felt too elevated, and I was getting jittery and borderline manic. Because of that, I discontinued it—and once I removed Alpha GPC from the stack, my mood and energy stabilized again. This doesn’t mean the product is bad, it just means my neurochemistry seems sensitive to choline supplementation, especially when stacked with other stimulatory compounds. I even tried lowering the dose to 300 mg, but the overstimulation was still too much for me. Other notes: Capsules were easy to swallow No noticeable taste or aftertaste Capsule size was moderate—not too large No stomach irritation Takeaway: If you’re building a nootropic stack, use caution when combining multiple cognitive or stimulatory supplements. Everyone’s brain chemistry is different, and what works great for one person might feel overwhelming for another. If you start feeling off, it’s smart to scale back or consult a professional. Rating: 3/5 Good cognitive effects, but the anxiety side effects made it unsustainable for me personally.

10/10
Es el mejor suplemento Nootropico que he probado. He notado mejorías en memoria y atención. Los "efectos" se sienten a partir de los 30-60 min, y tiene efectos acumulativos y a largo plazo.

Good quality, no complaints
Been taking these for a few weeks alongside my other supplements, no complaints so far. Capsules are easy to swallow, no weird smell or taste, and the bottle count matches what's advertised. Can't vouch for lab testing but it's a reputable brand and seems to be doing what it should.
