I really did not know what to expect on how it tasted or if it would burn my stomach, or if I would l lose any weight without changing my diet and not exercising. I have only started taking it but it has a potent smell of ACV which suggests to me it has good content. I do find it may be helping curb my appetite but we shall see in 60 days how it’s going with respect to all potential benefits.
