how tall and fast do these grow and are for zone 8?

What I have understood is tree can grow 60-80 feet tall at a fast pace of 3-5 feet per year if conditions are suitable. I'm in zone 8 but may be more suitable for warmer zones from what I've read. Frost being the big concern, and will need protection during those times in the early stage.
