RawMix Grain-Free Dog Food, Beef, Pork & Lamb, Front Range 3.5lb

I have a 6-year-old Golden Retriever who has always been really picky with dog food since he’s gotten older. Before this, I usually had to add a topper just to get him to eat, and sometimes he still wasn’t interested. I actually hadn’t heard of Open Farm until I started doing some research into healthier dog food options and decided to give it a try. We went with the RawMix Front Range recipe, and he absolutely loves it. He immediately eats it without needing a topper, and he actually cleans his bowl every time. That alone has made such a difference for us. I also really like what I found when researching the brand. Open Farm focuses on traceable, responsibly sourced ingredients, and this recipe uses grass-fed beef, pasture-raised lamb and humanely raised pork, along with freeze-dried raw pieces and bone broth. I really like being able to look into where the ingredients come from instead of just buying a food based on the front of the bag. The only downside is the price it is definitely more expensive than the food we were feeding before. But for us, I think it’s worth paying more for a food with ingredients I feel good about and that my dog actually wants to eat. If you have a picky dog who has decided they’re too good for regular kibble 😂, I’d definitely recommend looking into Open Farm. Will keep buying!

Finding a truly good quality, healthy dog food for my picky eaters, especially with their allergies, has been a long and challenging journey. I don't just feed my dogs any food; there's so much out there with questionable ingredients. So, when I find a dog food that meets my high standards for quality and health, and that my dogs actually love, it's a huge win! Why I Chose Open Farm RawMix: It was crucial for me to find a grain-free option due to my dogs' allergies. After extensive searching and reading countless reviews, the Open Farm RawMix consistently stood out. Simply looking at the ingredients list, it's clear this is a safe, transparent, and superior product. I feel confident and trust that I'm feeding my fur babies something truly beneficial for them. Texture & Palatability for Small Dogs (5/5 Stars): Beyond the excellent ingredients, the texture of this food is perfect for my small dogs. The kibbles are small, and the raw bites are easy for them to chew and eat without any issues. This was a significant factor for me, ensuring they could comfortably enjoy their meals. Dog Approval (5/5 Stars): My dogs are notoriously picky, but they both eagerly devour the Open Farm RawMix! This alone speaks volumes about its palatability. It's a massive relief to see them enjoy their meals while knowing they're getting excellent nutrition. Overall Recommendation & Value: While this food might be a little higher in price, considering the exceptional quality of the ingredients and how much my dogs love it, it's absolutely well worth the investment to keep them healthy and safe. If you have picky eaters, dogs with allergies, or simply want to feed your beloved companions a high-quality, healthy, and trustworthy dog food, I cannot recommend Open Farm RawMix enough. It's a game-changer for pet parents who prioritize their dogs' well-being!

Love it! My 3 fur babies love this food better than some of the other high priced foods that aren't freeze dried! When my guys eat it smells like fresh cooked food in the house! They have better, shinier coats, less digestion problems and I have one dog that used to chew on his paw all the time and he has quit doing that!! He also had a bald spot on another paw that has started growing back the fur!! I'm sold on the different flavors that my boys will eat! You sure have quite a mixture! It's a little expensive, but my guys seem to fill up faster on a lot less than they used to on even some of the other comparably priced dog foods, so technically I guess I'm saving money in the long run! (They're pitty mix babies)

our dogs seem to enjoy this new food

So far my dogs like it and I would buy again

First, 5 stars for our three rescue dogs liking the food. I took one star off for the price. I normally buy ~4 pound dry dog food brands in the $20 price range. This was a trial to see if the dogs liked it.. They did. No problem... I took one star off because of the price.

This is a great company that has a very good product & they are transparent with their sourcing so whenever I'm unable to home cook for my dogs or feed them raw or freeze dried raw this is my go-to. My dogs love it!

A freeze dried food which my dog does very well on. She was fed raw from home for years but it got to be way to much work for me. This is a well balanced no grain food. The price is more reasonable than most brands. She's healthy and energetic at 8yrs.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟- my dog LOVES this Front Range recipe and the freeze-dried bites! I feed my dog a balanced raw diet, so I’m incredibly picky about what goes into his bowl — and Open Farm’s Front Range recipe is the only kibble I trust for those busy days when raw isn’t practical. What sets this apart? Transparency. Open Farm breaks down every single ingredient and its purpose — no fillers, no mystery meat meals, just clean, thoughtfully sourced nutrition. The Front Range formula has grass-fed beef, lamb, and pork, and it’s packed with functional ingredients like non-GMO veggies, coconut oil, and salmon oil — all with a purpose behind them. I love that it’s made in Canada with ethical sourcing, and their commitment to traceability (you can look up where every ingredient came from!) gives me peace of mind. The kibble smells fresh, my dog loves it, and it digests beautifully alongside his raw diet when I need a backup. If you are looking for a HEALTHY kibble or feed raw but need something clean for travel, emergencies, or time-saving — this is the ONLY one!

Best dog food ever and total upfront disclosure of ingredients! I feel my dogs health directly reflects company committment.

I’ve tried many quality brands with my rescue , and she had no interest in her dry food, only her homemade but I worried she wasn’t getting all her vitamins . But we finally have a winner!! Thank you , she loves it !!

My poodle did not eat the dog food.had to give it away to my neighbor who has 3 dogs
