Easy, nice texture, gentle flavour
Perfect 8 portion sizes 50g which is great for one meal, easy to prepare it takes a couple of minutes to soften in hot water then I put them into cold water to stop them going too soggy, have used them in Vietnamese summer rolls and Vietnamese noodle salad, really good texture if you don’t over cook them with a delicate flavour and they soak up sauce, very good value for money
