Good stuff. Noticed immediate improvement after the first 2 hour start. I am going to go, 2 on 4 off then a final 2. So in any day I am only wearing it 4 hours total. I am giving it a 4 out of 5 because I don't expect lasting durability and the design of the lumbar support could be better. Other than that..price, comfort, ease of use and removal are all good. Results are to be seen, but the start feels good, expect occasional headaches from the readjusting of your bodies posture memory, so to speak. Anyway, to anyone reading this: Good luck with this and everything else you are trying to improve with your health.

I can’t figure out how the straps go on this device? The manual and the diagrams online show the black body support item and person wearing it in black. I cannot see the difference between the strap and the person‘s clothing and all blends together? This whole process has pissed me off because even the help section here is ridiculously stupid done by AI that doesn’t understand a damn thing? It shouldn’t be rocket science to figure out how the straps are all supposed to be wrapped around you? So I’m just going to return it. Amazon Journal was becoming more and more user-friendly. It’s ridiculous.

At 6'4" I probably should have gone with XL, but the L is okay if I pull it down after I get it on. Of the 3 back braces I have, this is the least supportive and the arm straps do very very little. I thought they would feel more like the brace I wore when I had a broken collarbone that really forced my shoulders back, but these are basically thick suspenders. Having them there kind of reminds me to try to sit up straighter, but if I let myself slump my weight can easily overpower the support. Overall it's still helping while I sit at my desk all day, and it was affordable.

I've only had it for 2 weeks.. worn 5 or 6 times. good support, easy to put on, would have been 6 stars EXCEPT strap inside (part against your skin} has cracked and rubs terribly on my back/under arm with serious discomfort and raw skin. if you made the straps to stretch (which you say in the description) the "padding/lining" MUST ALSO stretch. see picture attached. going try to patch the strap lining... because otherwise i like it.
