Was skeptical at first but results were spot-on and I’m now living a better life
Was a bit skeptical about the accuracy about this test but was experiencing a lot of gastrointestinal issues that my doctors couldn’t really identify so out of desperation and a last-ditch effort I ordered the Everlywell. My highest reactivity results were for lactose and gluten (which I kind of suspected prior to testing). After the test seemed to confirm my suspicions I cut out as much lactose and gluten (and a few other reactive foods) as possible from my daily diet and the results have been life changing. I had assumed that many of my gastrointestinal issues (which increased throughout the years) were simply a part of aging. I thought that’s just how my life was going to be now. Apparently I was damaging my gut on a daily basis and once I altered my diet according to the test results there was immediate and lasting improvement. I used to always feel my gut in some way. It felt heavy and thick. Not just after eating but overall, there was always a nagging feeling of something in there being “off.” (And that’s not to mention all the bouts of bloating, diarrhea, pain, etc) Since taking this test and making adjustments, that’s ALL gone. I’m in my late 40s and haven’t felt this good since I was in my 20s, when I could eat whatever I want and never suffer any consequences. I cannot stress enough how much my quality of life and overall comfortability have increased. It’s wonderful and only wish I’d made these changes sooner. My mother has celiac and one of my closest friends is vegan, so I had folks to turn to for advice about gluten and lactose free alternatives. There are many options these days, ones that won’t leave you missing gluten or lactose at all. They are a bit more expensive and the calorie/carbohydrate content can be a bit higher, but overall the change is worth it. Very happy I pulled the trigger and ordered this test. The process was simple and the results were ready within days. If you take the test and adjust your diet according to your results you should hopefully feel an immediate improvement!

Research first - understand the results within the correct context.
UPDATE 16-May-2018: We had my husband do this test so we could compare results. We call him the dog with hands because the man can eat everything in sight without issue. Sure enough, his test results show almost no reactivity to foods - just yogurt, which we knew about. I have major food issues - GERD, gluten intolerance, IC, IBS, migraines, and allergies. My test results show significant reactivity to a broad range of foods - and these are foods we knew I had issues with. I am convinced this test is pretty legit. PREVIOUS REVIEW: This test won’t confirm lactose intolerance nor celiac disease. All it does is show IgG reactive levels - antibodies. The medical community is divided over what this means for food tolerance. Humans develop antibodies as protection against foreign substances like viruses. If you have had chicken pox, you have antibodies against chicken pox. This doesn’t guarantee that you won’t get chicken pox, but it definitely reduces your chances significantly. But does having chicken pox antibodies make you willing to eat the chicken pox virus? Well, food is no different. There are foods our bodies believe are harmful foreign agents and so our bodies build up antibodies to protect us from them. Does the presence of the antibodies mean you are now safe to enjoy those foods? This is where the medical community is divided. NIH has published results of a study that shows elimating IgG-reactive foods reduces migraines. Here is what I can tell you - wheat and gluten are on my reactive IgG list. I eliminated both and I went from near-daily migraines to about 3 per month. IgG antibodies trigger an inflammatory response. That response will manifest in different human bodies in different ways. Migraines in some, brain fog or joint pain in others. Maybe lethargy, fatigue, insomnia, etc., it all depends on how the inflammatory response occurs. This test is only going to tell you your IgG reactivity to foods. It won’t tell you how that reactivity in you manifests. Maybe it doesn’t. Or maybe it’s the source of that mystery joint pain you are having. The human body is a complex ecosystem. No two bodies react exactly the same because we all have different gut bacteria, diets, genetics, medications, etc. Each of these things contributes to your unique chemistry. How these IgG-reactive foods impact your chemistry really can only be determined through an elimination diet and then reintroduction of one IgG-reactive food at a time so you can see how your body reacts to it. All this test will do is narrow down a possible list of foods based on IgG reactivity only. Celiac disease and lactose intolerance are two examples of food issues that this test will NOT reveal. Food intolerance has several possible causes - IgG just being one among many - and there are likely many more that we aren’t even aware of yet. So don’t put all of your eggs in one basket, so to speak. This test is just one piece of your body’s ecological mystery puzzle.

Difficult & Painful Collection Process
Shipping tomorrow, but the collection process was difficult and frankly, painful. And unfortunately I had to do it twice! I was expecting a regular needle-like lancet. This is NOT that, and for me has left swelling and bruising to exceedingly painful fingertips. When it ‘pricked’ each finger, it literally spurt a small streak of blood each time, which got all over everything, accept where it was supposed to. That’s why I had to do it a 2nd time. I hope I receive useful results, and would highly recommend a different lancet be used in your packaging! Edit: I received the Report much more quickly than I anticipated. In truth, I cannot do anything with it, so it wasn’t worth the expense. I had quite a few things so up as ‘minimal sensitivity’. Two of the food items I know I have allergy and high intolerance to., and the test didn’t reflect this. Thusly, I’m not going to place must trust or faith in these results.

nothing more than a scam
I do not write bad reviews unless i feel it is something that will help people decide if they should spend money on something that was so misrepresented. My daughters ordered tests and came back with a comprehensive list of the items high reaction. I dk if it is true or not but they were both different. So I thought this could be legitimate So I gave it a try. I struggle with IBS my whole life. I know I have a series of foods that I am highly sensitive to and would have to come up on the test. I got nothing. Now I wonder if my daughters tests were reliable? Maybe it was random , I dont know My test showed just a few items that were not really sensitive but just slightly elevated. The foods I know that should've come up were registering very low near 1-2 with 0 being the lowest. It is impossible. I have had testing done over the years and I get the same foods with high sensitivity. Nothing came up. I have to come to the conclusion that this is a very unreliable and inaccurate method of testing for food sensitivities. If you really want to know what foods you are sensitive I suggest going to a legitimate doctor. This test wasn't cheap and it is useless to me. Since there is no customer service number you can not speak to a live person. you can only email. The emails went back and forth a few times. I think it could've been a robot because they just recited web site information and directed me to videos . SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Life Changing Results for EOE Sufferer
I've been dealing with Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) for many years (about 10 years I believe) in which food would get stuck almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I've been to the doctors, specialists, and had multiple dilations but nothing would work and dilations would only last a few months at most. I decided to try the Everlywell food sensitivity test to see if there was any chance the root cause of my issue could be identified. I was skeptical it would work and only took the chance since my FSA covered the purchase. Taking the test itself was kind of a pain. I went through the instructions and video a couple times before getting started. I even wondered if I was really going to be able to accomplish this myself. It was kind of messy and had to ultimately use my ring finger and middle finger which were bruised for a few days afterwards. Obviously, the results made this process well worth it! I received a notification alert on my phone when the results were ready which took about a week after mailing the sample. The results indicated 0 High Reactivity foods, 3 Moderate, 21 Mild, and 180 foods with normal reactivity. The three moderate ones were Barely Grain, Egg Yok, and Pistachio. When I reviewed the details of each, along with some of the hidden sources of the food, I thought to myself this could really be the information I've been looking for. I would normally eat eggs or cereal about 5-6 days a week, have some beer and mixed nuts when hanging out with friends and watching MMA and football. There were also some sauces in the fridge that had barley as well. It's been 3 weeks now since eliminating pistachios and cereal, switching to egg beaters, and substituting beer for White Claw and Truly. I first started noticing a difference in eating after about 5 days and has slowly improved to where I was ready to test with a burger. Yesterday for dinner I took my family to Chili's so I could order a huge burger since they have some of the best. I was actually able to eat some chicken wings as an appetizer and a burger with fries without any issues! I can't believe all the years I've been dealing with EOE, all I had to do was to spend $200 on a home food sensitivity test as opposed to the many thousands spent for appointments, testing, procedures, and medications! On a side note, to help avoid any hidden sources of my moderate food sensitivities, I take a picture of the label in the ChatGPT app so it can evaluate the ingredients and let me know if it's ok to eat. It's done very well and has caught some items with hidden sources of barley. I hope this information is useful for anyone.

There are better test by trying out this company I wasted my money!!
I do not write reviews but I wanted to share to save you money and order the right test from the right company. Life extension is more detailed and accurate and costs a few dollars less. I just ordered this test and I have done another test 7 years ago and I liked the previous test much more. I felt that one was also more accurate and much easier to read. I decided to order another test from Life Extension which is the one I did 7 years ago. The results are different so I wanted to make sure by ordering another test that I had previously done which seemed to be more accurate with my sensitivities. The life extension is 153.95 after using coupon code BEST15. You also have the option of doing a home test or going to a local lab. I do experience a lot of digestive issues and most of my results from this company I don’t even consume. The lab extension was more on point because I do consume the foods that were high on my avoid or moderate list. This is why I decided to go back and order another test from life extension. So basically this just cost me double. I just love amazon and didn’t think this test wouldn’t be accurate. Sometimes you can’t just order everything on Amazon. Learn from my mistake. I will update my results from Life Extension. I know my body and my results from Everly are not on point. I gave this test 3 stars because it was easy to order with quick results and easy to take test. Also a few of my high sensitivities are accurate which were cow’s milk, beef, chicken but I don’t consume any of these since I am plant based and don’t consume any animal products. Hope I have helped one person. I know the frustration with digestive issues and my goal with the new test from Life Extension is eliminate most of my food sensitivities just to get rid of the discomfort of digestive issues. The Everly test was an absolute waste of money and time. Save your money and time and order from other companies.

buy this
I was very hesitant on buying this product becuase of all the negative reviews. Also becuase when I buy things on amazon my husband rolls his eyes at every thing that shows up at the door....but OMG i'm so glad I did! I've been with my husband going on 8 years now and he's always had unexplained severe stomach pains. At first I though he was lactos intolerant like I am..... convincing him to try lactaid milk with me. Nothing changed the stomach pains kept happeneing. He would tell me details about his bowl movements (i'll spare you the details) and would always tell me something wrong with his stomach. I felt helpless to help him. On a couple of occassions we took him to the doctor for blood in his stool. He came home with hemorid cream and a referal to a gasteroenteroligist. The gastroenterologist doctor suggested a colonoscopy. So my husband never went back lol. The stomach pains continued. He drives for work 12 hours a day and it's coivd right now so finding a bathroom is impossible for him. He will get this IMMEDIATE urge to go to the bathroom and has to go NOW or else it will happen then and there. Ive experienced this several time with him while we are out and about at stores. He will give me a panicked look and I know we have to find a bathroom NOW! So off to another gastroenterologist. This one suggested an elimination diet for gluten intolerance and I agreed. My husband did not agree. He's on the road driving and always picks up random foods to snack on so he said he didn't want to do it, it would be to diffuclt for him and his lifestyle. So for my poo husband the pains for him just kept coming... with no real answerss. Now he's suffering joint pains, migranes, sleep issued and severe stomach pains daily and I became desperate to help him. I found this pruduct online. I thought well if we dont get any answers we are out some money.... whatever both him and I are desperate. Husband wasn't happy when it showed up at the door and especially when i told him how much it cost lol. Then I told him I was gonna poke him with a needle (i'm a phlebotomist) and get his blood for the card and he said no. I talked him into it and I so glad I did! When the results came back we found he had average reactivity levels for lots of different foods.....except the milk allergy was high seemed a bit higher! At this moment I knew we had found it!!! I had never even known a milk allergy was a thing! Being lactose intollerant myself I always assumed that that is was it was, just lastose intolerance... but the stomach issuses continued. Drinking lastaid milk had never helped with his stomach aches! That very day I stocked up the house with almond milk becuase my lastose milk actually still has milk product he was reacting to in it! Sure enough he hasn't had stomach ache since!!!! I'm so happy we found out what it was. He was suffereing with this his whole life (he's 32 years) and we never knew. I'm so excited to find if this will help with other things I had read amount: migranes, joint pain, feeling less fatigue, weight gain (he cant gain ANY weight) sleeping problems and his ADHD. Beyond glad I got this for him and he is to!! Buy it! It could be the answer youve been looking for you whole life!

Not in Canada:(
I live in Canada and when I tried to set this up I found out that the company doesn’t support Canadian results. This should have been on the Amazon site.
