Universal size fit better till L.If you have big belly & ur size is XL then don't buy Universal size, it won't fit.For XL & XXL its betrer to go with specific size.

Lumber sacral Belt was of universal type. But it seems, its size does not fit to medium size person. Belt size is small. It should be some inches more lengthy.
