My spouse used to like lots of salt on his meat, vegetables, and sometimes even on melon (yes, it’s a thing). When his blood pressure soared, even after meds, he was told he’d need to follow a strict low sodium diet. So I got this multi-flavor pack and there is plenty of variety and the spices are surprisingly tasty.I’ve come to enjoy them too even though I have low blood pressure. He’s healthier now and his blood pressure is normal, although I’m sure the meds still play their part. They’re not super spicy either -at least not to our taste buds. Easy to use and store, perfect size, very pleased.
