Fantastic Keyboard for Gaming/General Use
I've had this keyboard since September and wanted to really put it through some paces before a review. (Might be long, but i've had this for some time and wanted to give a good breakdown of this product coming from someone who has bought a few mechanical keyboards). Just a quick background, I play a large selection of games from Counter Strike, World of Warcraft, and other games between them. I'm also learning coding so I have used this keyboard for quite a bit of typing and long hours of typing so comfort is key. The Royal Kludge has been a game changer. I've been bouncing around different mainstream companies for a while now. I've owned 2-3 different Razer mechanical keyboards, 2 Corsair, and 1 Logitech. Nothing has been able to beat this. I've swapped out to my older keyboards from time to time to see if I 'truly' felt a difference. I always came back to the Royal Kludge. The pros. While these are mostly personal. Brown switches are a game changer for me. I love the feel and over the last few months, haven't had a single issue with any key or switch. The weight is perfect, while this is a little more on the heavier side, it feels sturdy and well built. The built in screen is really nice. Long time ago I had wireless keyboards and you would get a LED with Red, Green, and Yellow indicator. Hitting red felt like you were racing time. With the screen, you know exactly what you have left in the tank. Gaming with this keyboard has been really nice. I bought a 50% layout keyboard awhile back and while it was nice having a smaller keyboard on the desk, I really missed having F keys and some basic keys like Home, Page up, and Page Down. The Royal Kludge comes in clutch, it's the perfect size without giving too much up. The Cons. As I write this a few months after. I can't honestly think of a drawn out list of what I hate. The only thing I would of liked to see was backlit keys symbols. While the keyboard is backlit, the actual letters and numbers aren't backlit at all. While this isn't a complete show-stopper, it's something to consider when you buy it. Granted you can just buy a keycap set of whatever you choose later on to fix this. A minor issue, depends on the person. This keyboard does sit a little higher up. I bought a 75% Keyboard sized wrist rest, just to add to some comfort. I can't blame Royal Kludge for this with how much is packed inside. But as a reviewer to possible future owner. Maybe look into a wrist rest if you're feeling the height is a little harsh, it's night and day for me. Lastly while the packaging and everything was very good at protecting the keyboard. I wish the product came with a card of just a simple 'how to pair Bluetooth' or a breakdown of the settings. It's weird that a keyboard needs that, but since this one has a built in screen. I had to scratch my head a little when trying to pair it to a iPad because I couldn't figure out how to get it to start sending out a signal for pairing. After fiddling with it, I figured it out. But a card/little book would be nice. Once again, not a total show stopper since the Amazon page includes this information. tl;dr. Great keyboard, the cost gives you a solid mechanical keyboard without going into the 'hobbyist' side of it, great for FPS, MMORPGS, Coding, and general typing/use. No backlit key symbols on the caps, easily fixable though (buy new caps), and solid build. No manufacturing cutting corners it seems.

Impressive!
I have used Hexagear Supernova with a brown switch for a couple of years. A friend sent me a gift card and this was in the right price range for it. It looks great on the listing and the functionality, especially switching between devices with the knob, was a big attraction for me. It was shipped from CA and delayed for a day. When I opened the package, I was surprised by the build quality. The base is plastic, which was a bummer for me. But, the plastic they used seems to be of high quality. Most of all, the brown switch they used... It feels really good. It is tactile, but a different kind of touch. I think Supernova has Gaetron switch. Whatever switch they used, this keyboard feels really good. I have used IBM5550 keyboard decades ago. This switch reminds me of the similar touch. And the knob functionality did not disappoint me. I have two laptops that are connected through BT and I can switch between the two seamlessly. I cannot tell much about the battery life yet because it's been only 3 days. I fully recharged the battery on day 1. I use my computers all day from 10 AM to 1AM next day. The charge at this time shows 96% through the little cute LCD screen. There are many RGB options. Because SuperNova has many RGB functions, I was not much impressed by or care about the lighting options. But, they are nice. I use "lighting-by-touch" option. In the future, I would like to try the Cherry MX Brown switch on this keyboard through hot swapping. But, I am not sure if I will get tired of the preinstalled switch. Well done! You earned my respect!

So Satisfying!
My previous keyboard before this was also a Royal Kludge, but it was a 60% interface and had red switches. It was okay, but I missed having the separate function keys, and the red switches weren't quite what I wanted. I type a lot on my online classes, and the red switches kept making me do typos because the keys were so easy to activate. I've tried blue switches, and while they were satisfying to hear at first, the noise quickly got distracting. So this time I thought I'd try out the brown switches, and they're perfect for me! They're not as loud as blue switches, but still make a satisfying "clunk" sound. They also require a little bit more force to activate than the red switches, which is perfect for any typist like myself. I am a casual gamer as well, and although I haven't gamed with this keyboard yet, I know it will work perfect for me. For the more fast-paced games and extreme gamers, the red or silver switches would do well. Now on to the keyboard itself: it's beautiful! The keys are thick and high-quality, the colors match my purple/kawaii/retro setup nicely, the base is heavy (not too heavy) and durable, and the knob is super convenient. The knob makes it easy to switch modes and to change the volume on my computer. The plastic cover is nice to have since I eat at my desk sometimes. If you download the keyboard software free from their website, it is easy to setup a color scheme with near infinite choices. I like the solid purple for now as it matches my setup, but I'll probably change the color/scheme down the line. Overall, this keyboard is the best keyboard I've typed on ever! I can tell the cost is put toward the quality of this keyboard.

Good keyboard, good service
The keyboard sounds + feels amazing especially for the price. However, my 2.4G connection didn't work after a month and the keyboard stopped charging. But I contacted RK about it and they were super helpful in trying to troubleshoot even months after I had bought the keyboard. Am able to get a replacement for the broken keyboard and hopefully this one will work perfectly.

Just got this keyboard, and the moment I started typing, I could tell it was something special. The typing sound is incredibly premium—crisp, smooth, and satisfying. It gives off an expensive feel, making every keystroke enjoyable. The build quality feels solid, and the functions are impressive so far. Everything is responsive, and the overall experience is just really good. Excited to keep using it!

Currently typing this review on my RK M75 as it's my favourite mechnical keyboard in rotation right now. TL;DR - It types well, has good connectivity, has a matte finish, looks beautiful, and overall, is a good purchase. Aesthetics: Beautiful keyboard with a solid layout. I also love the knob design (easy volume control) as well as the mini-LED. The backlights are nice, though I wish the keycaps had some passthrough. As you can see in the picture, the lights are only behind/between the keycaps, not passing through. The keys sport a matte finish which leads me to believe they're made from PBT as opposed to ABS, though I can't be sure. Functionality: I have the Brown switches and love them. If you know your Cherry Switches, there's nothing new here. Switching between connectivity (USB, 2.4, and BT) is super simple as it's just done with a click of the knob and twist, then another click to select. The keyboard also has lights for caps lock and some other keys, which is nice as not all keyboards have them. Feel: The keycaps themselves feel great as they're made from PBT (I think), which is generally also more durable. The switches, as I mentioned above, are pretty standard, so they feel great as well. Construction is solid for a more budget keyboard (it pretty much always has a coupon of some sort to discount it). I would honestly knock half a star off for the fact that the backlight passthrough is non-existent, but the keyboard is much closer to "perfect" than it was away from it and you can't do halves, so 5 it is! Longevity is something I can't rate as I've only had it for a couple of months, though my other RK keyboard is over 2 years old and is still holding up, so I imagine this one will also last a while. Overall, I'd highly recommend this keyboard as one to have in pretty much any lineup. Even as a main board, this is a solid choice. While I don't love logos on my keyboards, RK does a great job of placing it inconspicuously on the front right so as to not ruin the aesthetics of the keyboard. You have multiple options for connectivity which work well for productivity/general use (2.4ghz/BT/wired) or gaming (wired, though 2.4ghz is solid). You definitely can't go wrong purchasing this keyboard.

Got this with brown switches (separately purchased akko v3 penguin silent switches also). The keyboard is really great, it's sturdy with good weight, while not being a brick to carry. You can still hold it in your hands and turn it around easily enough. It doesn't shift on the desktop. The feet are great for getting a good typing angle. The sound is good and somewhat deep without having to mod. This might be due to the brown switches. With the penguin switches, it becomes a dream for office and home use, going zero on the 'clackiness'. No pinging etc just deep silent muted sounds. Hard to describe, you feel it instead of hearing it like a hum. Overall this is a great keyboard for anyone looking to get started, but I imagine people who are involved in the scene would appreciate what this pre-built offers. The only downside, and not worth losing marks over, is no shine through keycaps, I think this would take it all the way to a real 10/10. I don't really understand the focus on backlights all the time when your keycaps don't have shine through. I expect to replace the keycaps at some point to benefit from shine through in low-light situations. Thee rice with brown switches was 50 euro lower than the red/blue. This is strange to me as you can get equivalent switches online for a lot less, so the brown feels like a steal to be honest.
