Used this product as part of the wound dressing for absorbency. Cost of all medical supplies are expensive, but in comparison to purchasing directly through our insurance, Amazon's pricing offers a more reasonable cost savings.

Best for hard to heal wounds!!
I'm a wound care certified RN and I use this on a friend that had extensive wounds, and I've also used on horses that had wounds. I cleaned with wound cleanser, applied manuka honey and cut a small piece of this to fit the wound bed, covered with gauze and wrapped. Heals wounds GREAT!!

Cumple con la función pero si hubiera escogido el Que tiene iones de plata hubiera estado mucho mejor ya que no permite el crecimiento de bacterias en una herida, pero si la herida no está infectada y se limpia con un vash o algún producto de amplio espectro funciona bien
