It comes complete with the belt correct?

It is a velcro belt with holster built in. Good and rugged but it won't fit larger people.

Why isn't there a clip holder on the opposite side of gun. if I'm holding gun with right hand and have to switch clip I have to switch hands.

Can i have laser on gun?

Most grip-mounted lasers work. Some rail-mounted lasers and WMLs also work, but it does depend on the type of gun and laser. Point is there's a good chance it will work for you and your rig
