I wish it had a little bit of sugar in it To make it taste better The flavor I had was mint and lemon Mostly I mostly take it lemon. When I add it my sugar and put it in the ice box overnight eventuallly. I finally got to taste the mint flavor With the lemon it's not bad With ice. And it does give you energy Like coffee But on a healthy side So overall it's good Don't take too many

A very nice beverage
This is the cleanest energy I have found. A great pick me up without synthesized chemicals. I like the mint and lemon flavor it could be a little lighter letting more bitterness from the Yerba. I wish there was a non sparkling option. Drinking carbonation in the morning isn’t what I crave. That would get 5 stars.

Amazing Yerba Mate Product!
I tried Tama Tea Sparkling Mint for the first time, and it was amazing. In the afternoons i've been hitting a wall and decided I needed a pick me up. I've read about Yerba Mate and it's benefits and decided to give this a try. Not only was this refreshing but it immediately gave me the jolt I needed to cruise through the rest of my day. Bravo to the folks who made this beverage, this is a home run! Looking forward to trying more amazing flavors!

Refreshing and light with just the right amount of flavor. Tastes real, not fake! Great for an afternoon energy boost. I'm glad I found this and will try other flavors too.

I’m not a fan… this is not sweet and was really hard to stomach— even when it was cold! I think I’m used to sugar so maybe that is why I’m not a fan
