I was surprised just how many sites and places of interest their are wth this map being useful to locate them within the UK and see how they site together as part of Roman Britain. Beautiful item delivered speedily and at a reasonable price. I have the Ancient Britain one as well which is a great companion map to have and for which the same comments apply

It is a very good map of the Roman Road network. It is interesting to see that there are many distribution hubs nowadays along Watling Street etc etc. Where the map lacks is the names of the road which is quite a shame.

A very detailed large scale map giving all the Roman town names, tribal areas and showing all fortifications of that time period. Received with thanks by the recipient.

Good for reviewing the history of the area.

Both really good maps, bought them together ''ancient Britain & Roman Britain'', they are to help with my metal detecting hobby, also I find the maps interesting because of showing the history of settlements in Britain, they are well made for what they are and nice and compact, just remember how you opened them up so you can fold them back in the correct position.Good value for money and could come in handy for anyone who is interested or is studying the history of Britain or has a similar hobby as myself.

Good value and quality. It's a must for Roman history lovers like me.

To be honest , I was very disappointed it the map as it's basically a modern OS map with a few roman roads marked , it is not a be all and end all of roman roads in the UK. There are far better maps out there Overall disappointed

I bought this map as a novelty item and was pleasantly surprised how detailed it is. I live within walking distance of Hadrians Wall and wanted to know more about the forts positioned around it. It also points out which Britain’s tribes lived it which parts of the Island. Much more informative than it thought.
