AstroAI Snow Foam Cannon for Karcher K2-K7 Compatible, 1L Bottle

I have been using the original High Pressure Washer Snow Foam Gun and thought it was OK until I saw my nephew using his AstroAI Snow Foam Gun and the difference was amazing so I had to get one. This thing is AWESOME. It has adjustable Foam strength (more or less water) and Nozzle for the perfect application spray jet. It also 'self alights' upright on your Lance so that there is not interruptions in Foam application no matter how use aim the gun. The additional Karcher Adapter makes it a breeze to fit and the Build Quality is exceptional. If you are in the market for a new Snow Foam Gun, look no further. This performs as good as any gun I've seen. Excellent product at an affordable price and one that will last for a good while...

Great piece of kit fits my k4 and does a perfect job. Great build quality nice weight the bottle seals and doesn’t leak. Adjustable spray works really well and covers perfectly. Can’t really speak about cleaning as that depends on the foam you use. It does make a beautiful foam that covers well only gripe and maybe me mine leaks a small amount from the quick connect but that doesn’t detract for me.

This was a replacement for another AstroAI foam fun. I ended up buying the second one after my first broke when I dropped it, and this one feels much more solid. The build quality seems better and it gives me more confidence it will last. Performance is the same as ever, thick, even foam, easy to adjust, and the wide-neck bottle makes filling hassle-free. Works exactly as you’d hope for a snow foam gun. Overall, very happy with this one and glad I replaced the first.

Seems pretty good, a bit expensive compared to some others but feels good quality and produces a nice thick foam. One thing to note is that the Karcher connector on this one joins via a quick release type connector whereas my previous one had a screw connector. This may be handy if you need to swap to a different system although it does mean that the gun rotates around that joint which takes a bit of getting used to.

Very very good does exactly what you want, obviously if your using a good product with it, nice thick foam and can change from a fan to a jet, make foam thicker or thinner

I have used an Autobrite Direct snow foam cannon for years before purchasing this unit. I really like the tapered bottle which allows the cannon to stand upright even when full. The large fill hole means you don't spill any product when filling and do not need to use a funnel. The unit comes pre-fitted with a cheap brass 1.4mm nozzle tip. I imagine a lot of these 'budget' snow foam lances around this price point have this. I purchased a stainless steel 1.1mm nozzle tip and fitted that (my previous cannon had the same fitted). Picture supplied of new nozzle fitted. Simply, take off the quick connect (16mm spanner) and unscrew the nozzle (large flathead screwdriver) to replace with the upgraded one The unit, after modification now outperforms cannons twice / three times the price. The foam produced is like shaving foam and clings to the car for a long time (Pro-Kleen snow foam, mixed in the correct ratio as per the instructions, Karcher K3 jetwash) Spend the extra £3 on the 1.1mm nozzle modification (You get three in a pack so can keep the rest for future cannons if you like) and you have one heck of a cannon for the price

This astro snow foam gun is one of the best car cleaning products I have bought from Amazon . super control over foam thickness which can be adjusted in fine increments . very well constructed in high quality plastic which makes it very sturdy . Nice wide opening when top is unscrewed so pouring the foam is not messy . Comes nicely boxed . I use Autoglym polar blast snow foam in this Astro gun and the results are fantastic the snow foam is so thick and clingy it just pulls the road film off the car I then power wash the car down for a superb result.

The AstroAI foam cannon performed very well, especially considering the price range. I paired it with the AstroAI pressure wash gun, which is excellent as well. I highly recommend using the two together. The build quality of both seem strong and not cheap like other brands on the market. The only minor drawback is the turning knob that adjusts the spray orientation on the foam cannon. It feels quite stiff, but it may loosen up over time with use. I used a 1:4 soap to water ratio (200ml of soap mixed with 800ml of hot water) with Chemical Guys Watermelon Snow Foam. The foam was thick and covered my car nicely. In a previous attempt, I used a 1:12 ratio, which was too watery. Increasing the soap concentration definitely produces much more foam. The pressure washer I used is electric with 2030 psi and 1.2gpm.

Right out of the gate I'll say that cost and mouth opening was a factor in my purchase. I just don't want to spend a lot of money for this type of product. That being said, I don't have a reference point to say a $50 dollar unit is better or not. I can't tell you if this performs as well as those with the same soap solution ratio. What I can share is that this has been a solid performing unit. With a normal 5oz to 30oz ration, and the right type of soap, it foams up and suds very well. I've been experimenting with soap of a reasonable cost and some perform better than others. I have not had issues where I felt it was not living up to the bill of a foam cannon. Built quality appears to be excellent. The larger opening makes it easy to apply soap and water. I don't tweak the nozzle, leaving it on full foam. For reference, I have this attached to Ryobi electric pressure washer so can't comment if a higher water volume or pressure impacts performance. What I can say is that it has been a great working unit for my set up. The bottle (30 oz of soap solution) will typically last a car (SUV, large car). It is quick and easy to refill if doing multiple cars in a wash session. The bottom line...I like this unit and would buy it again or recommend it to you.

Genera bastante espuma, no le pide nada a marcas mas costosas. Use gold class de meguiars y el resultado fue una espuma bastante abundante y espesa. La use con una koblenz de 2600 psi. Me encanto el resultado, a demas que los materiales son resistentes.
