After the first day I took the mushrooms I began to feel better. I started with just 1 a day, but, today a few days later, I've gone up to 2. I have some medical problems that leave me exhausted and weak daily. My Dr first suggested Cordyceps alone but, now I think this might be a better way for me, after some research.My suggestion, try this if it addresses your problems. I'm glad I took the chance.
