The right amount of firmness.
Firm but just a little softness. The bag keeps the ball together

Love these
I love these. They are such great little massage balls. I use them for my back and sore muscles. They’re really lightweight yet hard. They relieve a lot of my back pain. Great value for the price.

Yummy treat for pup.
Works as advertised, but a tennis ball would also work. It’s not much softer. Also, the dogs like the cork balls!Probably won’t buy again and we’ll just use tennis ball or baseball.

Works well on inflammation & stiffness in muscles for those hard to reach spots
This set of trigger point balls works quite well. Purchased as recommendation from my chiropractor doc for tight or sore shoulder blade or back muscles I cannot normally get to on my own. Gets into hard to reach spots for working out stiffness or soreness as a result of inflammation or bursitis in shoulders, neck, back and even leg or hip muscles. Plus as nice bonus, they come w/ their own soft carrying case which is perfect for traveling! BTW Not a negative, but just wish they were a tad harder or perhaps one was harder than the other so you could get different levels of deeper trigger point massage, but they still work fine.
