Why can't I buy this and have it sent to Alaska? The other two are not restricted.

What if your kid colors on the wall or something else with these markers? Do these markers wash out easily on walls and furniture?

It is hard to say for furniture because there are so many different types of materials that could be involved. If it gets on a wall, then soap and water should work, but if not then try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

How to get the shirt on? Do i take the head off?

There should be a Velcro closure in the back of the shirt.
