what is coverage for pint?

The can says 400 ft.² per gallon. So a pint 50 ft.² for a pint. I have a 13 1/2 foot Gregor aluminum boat and a pint for me will last two seasons or 1/2 a pint per season but that’s just for one coat as I already have anti-fouling paint on the boat. The manufacturer recommend 2 to 3 coats.

what about barnacles??

Yes it will keep any living thing, plant or animal off. So yes barnacles also.

Does this paint have copper in it

I don’t believe so. It is safe for all metals and have been using it on both my hull and outdrives for years

is this paint Ablative or hard ?

It's ablative, kind of soft and chalky. I used it on my stern drives to keep off algae and zebra mussels. It worked really well.
