Awesome desk for the money!
Oh, so where to start?I have owned so many of these ‘screw-together from a box of boards’ desks in my lifetime that I have lost count, but this one stands out above them all. It is rock solid. The engineering behind this thing is the envy of the Western world, and I can totally see passing this thing down as an heirloom to future generations.ATTENTION! The illustrated instruction sheet required for a successful construction was envisioned by the team of de Sade & Lovecraft. While the images are correct as far as they go I found them disturbing lacking in detail at critical junctions. I would highly suggest seeking the assistance of anyone with a double PhD from MIT if all possible. Short of that, bring a lot of snack, copious amounts of alcohol, and just plan on making an all-nighter of it. (P.S. Send the kids to grandma’s) An electric drill with an Allan wrench attachment would prove helpful as well.WARNING! Please avoid buying this desk if you suffer from any of the following; Anger Control Issues,Short Attention Span,Difficulty Completing long Stressful Tasks,Limited time for construction, orUncorrected far-sightedness.HELPFUL HINTS;#1 When assembling the 2 lower base stands, please pay very careful attention to their orientation. While the outer frames are easy to identify, the inner ones can be more problematic. MAKE SURE THE HOLES WHERE THE CROSS BRACE ATTACHES ARE ORIENTED ON THE SAME END BEFORE ATTACHING ANY BOLTS!#2 Along with all the boards, beams, screws, pegs, and tools you get, you will also receive a generous bag of extra parts. It was this bag of extra pieces that was nearly my undoing. For within this innocuous plethora of parts resided two innocent white plastic plugs that are required to attach all the steel rails to the boards or so I was mistaken. While in preparation to affix the main desk board to the lower bases, I was suddenly aware that the holes in the corners of the board lacked the much-needed plastic inserts. I was devastated but you can only imagine the joy that overcame me at finding the TWO plastic pieces in the spare parts bag! I crammed those puppies in their respective holes and with the aid of a heavy blunt object, drove them home. SATISFACTION!What immediately followed still leaves an empty place in my soul. You see, those plastic pieces I drove in with such glee in my heart just a few moments before would have been the perfect solution IF I had wanted to forgo the upper shelf. But I wanted the upper shelf. I needed the upper shelf. I paid good money for the upper shelf and it would be mine if it had harelipped Rudolph. Retrieving my afore-mentioned blunt object and a bolt of acquit girth, l bludgeoned out those poor plastic pieces into mere shadows of their former selves. It was fair winds and calm seas from there on out.It is my hope this has been both entertaining and enlightening. PAY ATTENTION TO THE PICTURES IN THE DIRECTIONS!!!
I built several pieces backwards because the pictures were so small!! In fact, I couldn't add the back supports because I placed one of the legs on the opposite side it should have been. The directions do not specify which direction the holes should be facing for each configureation... if you want the double-shelf on the left or right, figure it out on your own!! By the time I realized, I was so far in the build it would have been really annoying and difficult to completely swap H and I so that I could add the back supports. Now my desk is wobbly. It was a user-error, but still annoying I didn't notice sooner. It's big enough to hold two, 27-inch monitors, plus a power-tower! There's lots of space length-wide on the top, too. I usually never use pull-outs, so the bit of space under the monitor prop is super helpful for keyboard storage!I only used two of the headphone hooks for now, but it actually comes with 4! I might add more later depending on my needs.I bought this desk to motivate me in my school-work.... I finally feel like I have enough space to breathe :)The bolts come GREASED, if you buy the white variation, keep wet-wipes handy if you don't want it to stain!! :( Even being fairly quick I missed some grease still. If possible, have a second person present, I had a hell of a time trying to put the legs together because the bolts are inserted from the bottom meaning you have to either hold the shelf to the supports while screwing, or screw blind. It was easy to build since they included a drill bit for the hex bolts... it'll fit in any adjustable lower drill, we have a DeWalt v20!Love it, fits well in my average room :) great price too, I got a $30 off coupon!

Great Desk - Even Greater Customer Service
We purchased this desk for our daughter and she absolutely loves it. Very solid, once fully assembled, for an mdf desk. My daughter is a pc gamer and it can be a challenge finding a desk with a large enough keyboard tray. This one worked perfectly! We did have an issue with the desk upon arrival but the seller was immediately on it, and went above and beyond to resolve our issue. Could not be any happier with this experience!

WORST QUALITY DESK!
Im not happy , with this product because it came with lots of dents on almost every edge. There is too many scratches to even post pictures of them. The desk may not be as it seems in the image, don’t rely on this product as a desk. It has horrendous features and won’t even last a week. The desk instantly gets debts even when your nails touch it in the slightest way. I would not recommend this product TO ANYONE.

Great basic desk
You get a lot of desk for the money with this product. It is very basic- but has everything I need- lots of room, a power bank and some shelves.Once assembled, it is very sturdy, and I have no worries about having my computer equipment housed on it.The assembly was a bit of a challenge. My husband did most of the assembly - which I am very grateful for- but there were times I did help, and having an extra set of hands available is a good idea. From what he said the directions were OK, but you REALLY need to pay close attention to the diagram- it is very easy to assemble pieces backwards, and you won't realize it until you are pretty far into the next step.If you are looking for a basic, but large desk, this is a great choice- and a very fair price.
