Hörmann Hand-Held Transmitter HSE2 40,685 Mhz Remote Control Smaller Than HSM

Great original product. I was advised by an electrician that I needed a new IR receiver on the actual unit instead of just a new remote but read a review from someone saying they had the same issue but this remote sorted the problem. My other sensor (which was not an original Hormann) stopped communicating with the unit so I decided to get an original this time. Works perfectly and no need for me to replace the IR receiver.

I was very pleased the supplier had included clear instructions

Much smaller than my old remote fob this was easy to pair & is great for going in your pocket.These items are expensive for what they are so that is why it gets 4 stars.

Despite following the instructions, I have been unable to program the remote

Worked perfectly. I didn't have an old remote, So had to program from receiver, worked 1st time. The receiver had no label for frequency, but found out if receiver had a 2m aerial it would be 40mhz. Nice compact remote.

My old remote stopped working, I guess dropping it never helped! The new one was very straight forward to set up as a master reset from the base unit, very impressed and garage door is fully working again.

Works perfectly, had to try a few attempts to clone from my existing fob, used U Tube to assist, but once I got the correct method, it worked straight away.

Easily programmed and works as advertised. Only minor gripe is that its range isn't that long - I virtually have to stand right next to the garage door to open it.
