I bought these after researching what could help with dry eye/sjogren's. I take one before my dinner. So far it has helped a little bit and I started to notice a difference in my dry eyes about 2 weeks in. They are almost as big as an omega3. But they are a gel capsule, so pretty easy to swallow. And this order gave 2 bottles for the a decent price.

So far so good. I've been using for allergy deterrence and notice when I don't take it I definitely have really itchy eyes and nose. I also noticed if I take two it doesn't enhance the effectiveness so 1 a day is good enough.

These are absolutely huge and way more than you really need. I've changed to something more reasonably sized. My stomach is happier as well as I was taking these mammoth things with Iron and Vit C on an empty stomach every morning. These seem to be the culprit. Not deducting stars as you can see the size and dose before you buy.

Keeps my ferritin levels in check. I have a difficult time with Ferritin levels and not with free flowing iron levels. This helps keep my iron stores in check. no side effects. So stomach upset. Easy to take. Quite effective.

I'm very disappointed. All the capsules were stuck together, I've only been able to take a handful, the ones I could pry apart. Most pop when trying to get them apart, so they are trash. Wasted my money.
