I cannot fathom why this has so many good ratings. If you have any sort of lips at all this mouth tape will not work for you, the strips are so small. Also they are not sticky at all! 0/10. Buy something else.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Maybe it was a bad batch, if that's even possible with these? I bought two packets, this'll be my third over the course of almost a year. They stick well. I have a slight stubble and they still stick well, and do not hurt to remove. If I sweat during the night they can lose their adhesion but they still keep my mouth closed. Would be a shame if they stopped making these so I felt a duty to give it a good rating. They're cheap enough anyway, if you're unsure just give them a go.

The sleep strips are all perfectly well made - but I just didn't like wearing them.I felt uncomfortable wearing them and didn't get used to them...

Really poor product for large or even medium sized lips. Adhesive pulls away immediately and does not keep a tight seal over night

I've been reading about the drawbacks of mouth breathing lately, like higher infection risks, worse sleep quality, and next-day grogginess. Since I use a mouth guard at night to stop teeth grinding, which unfortunately keeps my mouth slightly open, I've started using these mouth tapes to keep from mouth breathing. Sometimes they do peel off during the night, but considering the reasonable price, I think they're worth it and I'd buy them again.

Sorry but had to leave this review, after reading other reviews I decided to try it.Wish I hadn’t, it’s awful, very small and came off half way through the night due to moisture and would not stick again, terrible!

I’ve bought so many different brands, so many don’t stick. These do!!Sadly I think the adhesion of some of OTHER products on here for keeping your mouth taped shut just don’t work cause they are old and lose the adhesion quality.These came in a cello wrapped box. Tried one immediately and it stuck well.Do t use if your lips are dry or cracked. Every morning after I take it off I put a bit of Vaseline on my lips so they stay in good condition.

The adhesive made my lips sore and I never had one left on in the morning. I’ve been a ‘open mouth’ sleeper forever and tbh these made me feel like I was being suffocated as there is no air gaps at all on the lips. I’ve since purchased some blue H shaped tapes and they’re much better quality and shape
