This was a great purchase at a decent price for a heat lamp to be used in the main bathroom especially gor the winter months. Its very bright but you can feel the heat from the lamp.

Good life span

Not great. Stopped working after a week. Basking needed increasing for a iguana at work. I dont even think it was a week my colleague said it stopped working and chucked it in the bin. Obviously I wasn't amuse as I had personally brought it and would have returned had she not chucked it. It did raise temp nicely. Just didn't last.

Good but not long lasting.

Bought for the local swan rescue sanctuary as they need heat bulbs and always choose this on their wish list

It was installed in an ensuite and used at most for a few minutes a day, and then only on some cold days of the week during winter. It lasted 7 months, which is not nearly good enough.

So far so good.I use this every night and it has lasted since November so far.It’s not quite as warm as other bulbs I have used but it does the job and it’s a big bulb so a good distribution of heat.
