Color Depositing Conditioner - Color Refresher with Bondfix Bond Rebuilder, Viral and Gem Lites, Pairs with Colorwash

So I spent $450 dollars to get hot pink balayage/two tone hair. To my dismay the pink faded within 2 weeks almost out to blonde at my tips and a dull pink towards my roots. I contacted my hairdresser who said I could go back in for an overlay of color for $150. After just spending $450 two and a half weeks before there was no way I was going to agree to $150 upkeep appointments every 2 to 3 weeks. I researched hot pink hair dye and found Arctic Fox that was very close to my original color. I ordered the dye and figured I’d just have to dye it myself every few weeks (at $20 a pop) Then this product popped up in my search so I clicked on it. It had great reviews and it seemed like it might do the job so I ordered it to give it a try. Both this and the hair dye came in at the same time and I opted to try the conditioner first. I put it on my dry hair and let it sit for 20 minutes to get the most bang for my buck. It did dye my hands and scalp pink. My hands scrubbed off and I’m sure my scalp will at my next wash. I did Have to use a separate conditioner after rinsing out this product. My hair was NOT soft as it was advertised it would be. I did rinse my hair off in the shower and the water did turn pink but it did not stain my white tub. I’m extremely pleased with the color my hair came out. It’s not as bright of a pink as my hair was originally dyed. It’s more of a vibrant magenta. However, it is pretty and my color is definitely refreshed. I think from now on I’ll use it for 5 minutes as a refresh every few washes and see if that lightens up the color a little more. The price point is fairly high but for $40 I will get several applications (my hair is fairly fine, down to my mid back). I will continue to see my hairdresser every 8 to 10 weeks and use this conditioner to keep my color vibrant in between. If you are on the fence and are looking for something to keep your hair vibrant colors in between dye appointments I would high recommend this product! ****UPDATE**** I’m at day 10 since I used this conditioner. I didn’t wash in cold water and I’ve washed my hair twice. So far the color is holding up! It’s still very vibrant. There is a very slight fade going on at my tips but I only noticed it because I was going over my hair with an eagle eye specifically looking for any fading. This color (so far) held up better than the color I had done in the salon. Go figure!

My magenta hair was starting to fade and I felt like the color depositing hair mask my stylist recommended wasn’t holding the color as long as it should. Decided to try this and WOW! Vibrant color and my hair is SO SOFT! I washed my hair and applied it to my damp hair, allowing it to sit for 10 min, then rinsed and blow dried. The color wasn’t even (lighter in some areas and vivid in others) so I applied the “colorditioner” to my dry hair and allowed to sit for 20 min. The photos speak for themselves! Super bright and vivid! Wear gloves, though, as it will stain your hands (and my freshly manicured/dipped nails!) First photo is before - second is after.

I'm letting my gray grow out after coloring very dark brown for years. I cut it very short with long on the top making an asymmetrical bob. At this point the longer top is the only part that still has dark brown and I really hated it. My hairdresser suggested fun highlights. I chose magenta. I loved it but it started to fade within 10 days even though I only washed it once. Very disappointing. I decided to give give Viral Colorditionar in magenta a try. It worked perfectly. The first time I put the "colordition" on the area with the highlights and left for 20 minutes, then rinsed out. Now when I wash it, I follow with the colorditionar leaving on for a few minutes. It's now 4 weeks and still looks freshly colored. This will dye the gray but washes out, the hughlights were originally bleached so those hold the color well. It does not show on the the dark hair.

Great for upkeep on the bright colors. My hair ended up fading pretty bad after not doing upkeep and this brought it back to it's original vivid color (: It deposits so fast and it smells really good but it does stain the tub or other surfaces it comes into contact with

Bought this conditioner for my daughter to "dye" her hair. It worked well and last a couple of weeks. Exactly what I was looking for, a non permanent option for my 6 year old. Definitely recommend.

Worked great, I love the results. Even tinted my roots slightly pink, which gives it an ombre-vibe that I really like. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my hair feels pretty dry after dyeing it. Adding a before and after picture for reference! I did have a friend come over and section it to apply the color to dry hair the first time, which I do think helped the color come out more vibrant and even. Will just be maintaining the color after this - very happy with it!

This conditioner is amazing for bleached + pink dyed hair. I have been ordering it to touch up my magenta/hot pink hair between appointments. To get the true color you need to hair your hair bleached to a very light blonde (if it's dark like mine naturally). You can see in other reviews the color that you get when the hair is a darker blonde or light brown. Compared to regular hair color, it holds for several washes and while it does stain my towels initially, it doesn't leave stains on clothes or pillowcases! Very important: It will stain your nails and hands temporarily so use gloves to apply, section the hair and rub it in the way that hair dressers do. You also need to cover the sink or floor when applying. If you see staining in your shower or sink, use bleach right away and let it sit for a minute. This usually does the trick. Highly recomend overall as a conditioner as well. My hair comes out super soft after this process.

The first two pictures are the day I had it done at a salon, then at 4 weeks, and 8 weeks later. It works very well to maintain my salon color. I had my hair bleached for an ombré pink with a touch of purple (Joico color intensity pink and indigo). These colors tend to fade very quickly so I bought this to help maintain my color. It has done a really good job. I use it twice a week, when I shampoo my hair (I condition daily but only use this when I shampoo twice a week). It helped my hair recover from the bleach and remain very vibrant. While the color doesn’t have as much depth and variation as my original salon look, at about 9 weeks since my salon trip I’m nowhere near needing it colored again. I had hoped to stretch my color to 12 weeks with this, but honestly think I could go until the color gets cut out of my hair. I’d call this a smashing success (I used magenta). I will say it can stain your shower and your hands so be careful. I use cheap food service gloves when applying in the shower and keep a mr clean magic eraser handy for the shower tile.

FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON BOTTLE !!! Pros: 1) deposits colour and leaves hair shinny and well saturated between salon visits 2) smells so good 3) Vegan so no harmful products 4) doesn’t leave the sticky gunk on your scalp even after rinsing out with cold water 5) price point ok for the amount and the fact that this product actually does what it says … yes I’d pay $50 a bottle once a month for this over a $10 from Sally’s Cons: 1) stains hands, sink, missed areas like ears forehead (but!!! It will come off with warm soapy water or baby wipes) 2) I didn’t really like when you went to rinse quite a bit came out … it is supposed to but it does deposit the right amount and I love the sheen and softness of my hair so scrub your tubs or sink after! 3) price point a little high. But way better than the alternative cheap brands out there All in all 5 stars! I have type c black hair so for this product I absolutely love the scalp conditioning and how it just keep my colour vibrant between salon visits. It is worth each and every penny. Follow directions on the back and you will not have a problem.

This stuff is amazing brings the shine and colour wright out also keep in mind it saves you from dying your hair It's been 4 months since I have dyed my hair. I use it once a week will advise you to wear gloves it does stain your hands a little. Every time I use Celeb Luxury Viral Colorditioner I get many compliments.

Very pleasantly surprised at how well this works, I had faded colors from a punky dye and bought this to revive it without having to bleach again. Left it on for around 20 minutes as recommended, and the color came out bright and vivid and maybe the best part for me, it does not seem to bleed and stain clothes like some other dye might do. The price is steep but one bottle is enough for multiple treatments

Absolutely love this product! It keeps my colour vibrant, just like I just had my hair done. It does bleed onto your hands and nails, so wear gloves..,it’s worth it!

I tried this conditioner as I usually use another brand (Klenditioner) Pros: Smalls nice, very strong color deposit. Cons: You have to wear gloves, as it stains your hands terribly, as well as your scalp for a day or two. The lid also gathers shower water, and when you go to use it dumps neon pink water on you (lol)
