Fits perfectly as old # 4041
That device work good and holes fit perfectly like my old one. There is no # 4041 on the box but is exactly the same. Cost 30% of the price as other seller asking for it.

Excellent replacement Door closer
This was a direct replacement for my existing unit. All installation hardware was included and installation was very easy. Instructions were very good. adjustment for door closing speed was easy to achieve perfect closing speed.

Good unit. Worked good. I much prefer a Norton brand, but this was replacement and I went with this one because it matched up to the same mounting holes as before
