I was a bit unsure about chinko Amazon plumbing fittings. These are great. The olives are very very soft so make sure you are in position before tightening.

They did the job but there is a round collar above the thin flats on the main body, you either need to file this to match the hexagram flats so you can get a normal spanner on them or buy special thin spanner’s, about £15 on Amazon 🤷‍♂️ naturally. Don’t be fooled by the picture.

My daughter, in her wisdom, bought a fancy new kitchen tap, made in Germany. Low and behold it came with fixed flexy water pipes to tap which has Euro 3/8" fittings to mains water. Therefore I needed Euro fitting 3/8 to 15mm converters. She makes all jobs that little bit more challenging. Staff at Screwfix and other plumbers merchants looked at me as if I'd asked for a return ticket to the moon. Therefore onto the net and there we go, PlumbinbitsUK came up trumps.
