Great Quality and Great Value
This is a very nice valve and trim set. Great quality . . . absolutely as good as Moen or Delta . . . in both appearance and function. Really good water pressure (you don't feel like some bureaucrat rationed your water). I have installed a total of 5 of these now . . . could not be happier.

Great product and service
The product is very great but unfortunately I bought the wrong brand that did not fit the pressure valve. I was a day late on being able to return the item. I contacted the seller directly and they worked with me to still provide a refund despite that I missed the cut off date for returns and that I didn’t read the whole disclaimer about ensuring what it would be compatible with. I really appreciate the quick response and willingness to go out of their way to still work with me and refund the amount even at their loss. Thanks!

Not The Best
We do like the shower head however, the tub faucet was installed and water leaked all over the place from the back of it. Removed it and checked it out. It has plastic on the inside that was broken. We had to go out and purchase another one.

Works Great
The media could not be loaded. The installation instructions for the tub faucet could be clearer. The illustration appears to show a stub-out that's only .63." But it is actually a plastic bushing that is already installed in the faucet assembly. I'm mechanically inclined so I was able to figure it out.But aside from that, the unit looks great and works great when installed. What I really like is the shower head. You get great coverage, good velocity (see video).
