These have helped me so much ! Great fiber content! Best tasting one I’ve ever found ! Nice and chewy . Can melt a bit if it gets too hot . They are quite filling

Great Fiber Boost, But Stick to One Bar
They taste great and are an easy way to get a greatdose of fiber into your day. However, definitely heed the warning not to eat more than one bar in a single sitting. I learned that the hard way, and spending the afternoon running back and forth to the bathroom was not fun. As long as you stick to just one at a time, these are a fantastic snack to keep around.

Great taste and size
These are my favorite. I like other fiber one products however these have the best taste to me. They are good size, filling and not bad on calories, needed fiber is why I purchased but they are surprisingly tasty.

Delicious but a sticky mess
We enjoyed the bars, handy for meal supplements with 20 g of protein. They were delicious too. Handling was rather difficult as these bars are very sticky.
