No issues
Love this! Used it in both my terrariums and plants. I like to use this when layering (clay pebbles, charcoal gravel, cocoa substrate, sphagnum moss). Haven’t had any issues with this in both my crab tanks (Halloween and Vampire) or in my plants. Will buy again.

My Ball Python loves it
Works Great. Just throw the brick in a large bowl of water and wait like 5 minutes. The enclosure for my Ball Python is 3ft wide by 18 inches and 1 brick is sufficient to cover the area. Snake loves it.

100% Worth It
We have a ball python and originally had thicker coconut husks, more like a mulch consistency. It was hard for him to move around as much as he would’ve liked too. After using this substrate he comes out more and plays in his tank. It is beginner friendly and I would recommend this to anyone looking for reptile substrate.

Good fibers, hard to take apart
Good product , but it was a bit of a pain to take the fibers apart to lay it for reptile bedding. It is easy to use in a tank once I tore apart the brick itself. No smell!

Works great for holding moisture longer.
I mix this with Reptsoil for my box turtle. It helps hold in the moisture .

Great product thus far. 1st time using this company, and no apparent reason to switch. Im a canadian and so is my blood python eVe, and we are choosing not to buy American. So far this is a great switch, thanks for the variety and most importantly the reliable product

great to mix with soil and a litle small gravel. also a little hydrogen peroxide for aeration.
