Nelson-Rigg Waterproof Hurricane RiggPak Crash Bar/Tail Bag. Can Also Attach as a MOLLE Bag

I have the other Riggs hurricane bags (duffle, tank and saddlebags) Wanted this to use as tail pack for most my riding. I can typically get away without the duffle. I run tubeless so I don’t carry tire tools on the bike. Tire repair kit, compressor, light, multitool, common small tools (screwdriver holds all my necessary bits in handle), zip ties, small bit of wire, some misc screws n bolts, 1/4 roll of electric tape. All fit in this little bag and securely attaches to tail rack. It’s a tight fit but it’s all stuff I really don’t use every ride but want with me. Makes it easier to evenly distribute weight in the saddle bags and without all that stuff easier to pack saddlebags according to the things I want more accessible. It’s short and doesn’t interfere with getting leg over either. I’ve had the other bags for awhile. Nothing more than slow speed or no speed tip overs. Bags have been fine, everything stays in place and dry. Expect the same out of this bag.

Great quality, super useful. Rigg delivers. My bike was on its side 5-6 times after being stuck in a high altitude ice storm (long story). The bags saved my paint big time. Excellent absorption without even a scratch. A+

I ride a cruiser so saddle bags and fairings aren't for me. But I grabbed this and my insurance papers, flat tire repair kit, extra gloves, tools all fit nicely and I am convinced that this thing is completely waterproof. I hang it off of the sissy bar.

I have these attached to the front side of both left and right side Hurricane pannier bags. I bag holds my Tusk Tool roll, a small can of WD40, the other side I carry two spare tubes, a Tusk Moto Crutch, 2 tire irons, tire talc powder. So far I have 5000 miles of asphalt, gravel, dirt, rain, snow, mud and my tools stay dry. The molle straps are OK, they do have a little wiggle but nothing to cause issues.

Great Quality as always. The size is a great addition to the bigger bags.

Great gear but a bit pricey huh.

I use this in the back of my motorcycle. I should have purchased a larger one but that’s on me. This bag is well built and comes with straps To ensure it stays on the motorcycle rack.

Much better built than I expected for the price. I wish I had spent my money on Nelson Rigg products than other brand names 🍻

Bought a pair of these for a long trip. 5 l looks a bit small but holds plenty. Excellent attaching straps. Once it's on, it's there to stay. I'll return to update after the 3 week trip.
