However, their after-sale service team pleasantly surprised me. They were quick, efficient, and extremely helpful in replacing the faulty part. Their prompt and courteous service completely changed my perspective on the product.Now, with the digital meter working perfectly, I'm able to fully enjoy the features of this exercise bike. The stationary handle and cushioned seat with back support make my workouts comfortable and effective. The adjustable resistance is great for varying my exercise routine, keeping it challenging and engaging.Another notable benefit is the diet consultation service. Don't buy itThis bike has a serious problem, the belt frequently comes off.The cult sport customer care never picks up the call.They will always get back to you, once you tried to make a call.I have already complaint multiple times. The technician has fixed it multiple times. It will work for 2-3 days than again the belt comes off.Once the complaint is done, the technician takes 2-3 days to visit.I have to raise the complaint again, because the belt has come off.

Did what it promises to do... I am happy with the product and their customer service is really amazing... you can assemble the product yourself but it's time consuming... you can also get it done by the company...

Had ordered the cross trainer wanting to restart the workout a lil more seriously, this one my friend had suggested out of all the ones he saw.. which I’m happy about because not only the bike is good but the advantages I got along with it is awesome… there was a free installation post which the tech explained on the usage clearly.. free sessions on cultsport app which I’ve tried so far and is awesome… also a dietitian consultation as complementary… I spoke to Anujitha about my current lifestyle as I work in night shift, she was kind enough to understand it and provided ideas on what could be done to improvise for a healthy lifestyle option… I’m very happy with this purchase 🙂
