This actually works
After several years of night time leg pain and back ache my daughter ( a mountain leader travelling the world) recommended this as her Herbalist had prescribed it for her aches and pains and she experienced relief. Doubtful I ordered it and have taken it for almost a week and I can’t believe the change! Already relief from restless legs and lower back pain. I have never taken supplements as I believe that a healthy diet is the key but I’m converted to this already!

Easy to use and good for replenishing lost salts after strenuous activity especially in the hot weather! Only supplement ever used so can't comment on comparison with other products.

Doesn’t taste very well and more expensive than similar products
I bought this because I ran out of BioCeuticals Ultra Muscleze. Even though it has a similar formulation, this one tastes A LOT WORSE and it’s A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE. It still does the job of a high tier magnesium supplement though, which should be expected at this price point.

Brilliant, works for cramps. Must get
Bought for my mum who was getting terrible cramp every night in her legs. It was recommended by a nutritionist. She took this and her cramps eased from the first day she took it until gradually they have stopped completely. It works, highly recommended. Get it!

Great product
I have m.e. and this supplement really helps to boost up my muscle strength and energy. It's one of the few things I've tried that has made a noticeable difference. It always arrives quickly when I re-order it.

Excellent for the athlete
This stuff is amazing, especially for helping against cramps. It helps nearly instantaneously for me. It also has me feel more energized, and with less muscle pain. Only drawback is that it's pricey. I bought this in stores in Australia for a lot less.
