Good but not great, at least for my pinky toes
I really want to love these shoes but it's not easy! I do really like the color and overall they feel great....except for my pinky toes. It is not because I am not used to toe shoes either. I am very used to Vibrams, my last pair was just lost in a float trip and they don't make them any longer. These are very similar so I thought they would be as awesome. I'm not sure if the bar between the 4th and 5th toes were made lower or what but that part and the seam or something is leaving groove lines in the inside of my pinky toe. They do run just a little snugger length wise than my other pair too so maybe that is it, but I'm afraid if I go up in size they might be too big. I am trying to stick it out to see if maybe they will give over time but can't wear them for too long at a time. I'm only 5'1" and 120 pounds with really narrow feet so it's not a width problem. I am not sure what it is but only time will tell. I will update if they give at all over the next few months.....

Definitely worth buying. Excellent quality!
Likes: the color; the style; how well it is made; the enclosed design (the straps securing the foot in the shoe-which gives me confidence I could do some light jogging and/or jump roping without the shoe flopping off as well as just walking around the city.Dislikes: I may have gone for too snug of a fit. Usually wear a 38 and reviews said it should fit like a glove. It definitely fits like a glove...a super snug glove but it’s not uncomfortable. All in all, I’m going to give these a full try breaking them in fully with various activity. If comfort level changes because of the snug fit during activity I’ll just take it as lesson learned and buy the next size up.This is my 5th pair of Vibram Five Fingers but this is my 1st time buying this design. I buy the Vibrams mainly for running (pavement and trail) so these are much thinner but that’s exactly what I was looking for to use for light activity and still have the cute/stylish factor on point.Hope this helps others considering Vibrams. It is definitely my preferred shoe for athletics.

The Alitza line is my absolute favorite from Vibram Five Fingers
The Alitza line is my absolute favorite from Vibram Five Fingers. I recently adopted the minimalist running/walking style due to a knee injury. I wear Merrell Barefoot shoes for running (I don't like running in the five fingers), but LOVE the five fingers for everyday wear for running around town or at work.I love the Alitzas because I can wear them with shorts and dresses and can get the barefoot feel (I HATE my toes being cramped up into ballet flats).I have previously ordered the Alitzas in a 39, and those fit really well with the exception of the pinky toe, the stitching ran a little too tight (while not unwearable for all day use, it was still just a little uncomfortable).I ordered these in a 40 (by recommendation of the Vibram website) and these are a little loose, but much more comfortable on my pinky toe. Just hoping it doesn't become too loose after being broken in some more.I wear a size 8 - 8.5 in other tennis shoes.

Multi-purpose and funky cute
Got these to take to Mexico for vacation. I was worried about how they would do going between water and immediately walking afterwards but I had no trouble. Developed no blisters, definitely true to size. A little tight on the little toe, half the time I wore shoved my little toe in the fourth toe compartment because it was more comfortable that way. I ordered a size 37 and normally wear a 7 and I have small little toes. I also ordered a size 38 of the aquatic vibrant and they were a much larger fit than these, so sizes vary based on which type of activity the shoe is for. Wore them to Chichen Itza and Excaret, a giant eco-park with plenty of swimming opportunities, so they held up well and did the job I needed them for. I was glad to take them off at the end of the day as my feet were sore, don’t take the”breaking them in” stage lightlY. My friend also ordered vibrant but got the aquatic kind and did not have a good time walking after swimming, so if you’re going to do both and not bring a change of shoes, go with the cross trainers!

Great product as expected
Great product, however I think the fitting depends on the length of your toes. I am a true size 7 and got 38 in these. I have gotten 37 in the Run style. I find that while my big toe fits perfectly, there is a lot of extra room for my other toes and slight room in the heel. It does not bother me when I do activities such as HIIT and kickboxing etc however I do wonder if a smaller size would fit better. Not a time to be doing exchanges at the moment so I stuck with them. The elastic that holds the straps on the top portion is starting to get a little looser. Will see how they hold up in a few weeks/months.

My Chiropractor recommended to improve my posture
He explained that the Vibrams allow a natural posture. Regular shoes would hinder my treatment progress. He explained that the inserts in shoes and the thick heel of the running shoe itself, pitches us forward and our spine/body tries to compensate by pulling us back. I was hesitant because I had plantar fasciitis and orthotics. He explained that the Vibrams allow a gripping motion of my toes would strengthen my foot. I was dubious as my feet were too stiff and painful to even walk barefoot. I started by taking the inserts out of my running shoes for a few weeks before. This helped later as I didn't need a "breaking in" period with the Vibram 5 fingers. I found out that they have discontinued this particular model. I also have a pair in Nikes (rock climbing) that have a Vibram sole which are very comfortable.

I love my new vibrams
I love my new vibrams! They are my first pair but I already barefoot hike often and am a yoga instructor that works on my feet a lot. I am really amazed at how much I love these. I do not want them any thicker however. I wore these to the farmers market this morning. I really love how they feel on my feet. They relieve all kinds of aches all the way into my hips and lower back. I know you are supposed to take your time but that's just because we have deformed our feet with regular shoes. These are like therapy for that. People who sued vibram are idiots that ruined something great because now they only make them thick bottomed. I wish they had even thinner ones. We have to slowly build the muscles back in our feet and this is a great way. Yes, start walking around your house and work up to wearing them more but do it! It's really good for you!

Wonderful creation
I love these. I spend most of my life barefoot. I train in the aerial arts every day so like a gymnast i am barefoot when i am at the studio. At home and at work my feet are too hot to wear shoes. I have been struggling for ages however at the gym doing weights group classes because i am far too hot and my feet feel so restricted in trainers. I have been using these for walking around in and i forget that i actually have shoes on, which is a weird feeling for me. I wore them to the gym for the first time the other day for a boxing session and they were great!! We didn't do a lot of running but as you are meant to build up what you do in them i figured that was a good thing. Burpees and press ups feel great which is one thing i was curious about as to how the toes would feel. I love the freedom my feet feel they have. Just excited to test them running in my group sessions on the slightly stoney/gravelly road outside the gym as running it actually barefoot was an interesting experience shall we say...

Comfiest pair ever
The media could not be loaded. These are my fourth pair of Vibrams and I think they might be the comfiest. I put them on straight out of the box and wore them for the entire day , mostly forgetting they were even thereI usually just wear my other pairs for walking as they can slip off if I start twisting and turning, but the cross straps on these are great for holding in place for more active pursuits like HITT or dance*.*I was so excited to get these that I spent a very happy half an hour dancing in the kitchen
