It Can Quickly Heal Pulled Muscles
In my 72 years on this planet I had never pulled a muscle in my leg, so I didn't even know what a shin splint ice pack was. Then it happened ... I pulled a muscle while exercising ... and I was dealing with a lot of pain in my right calf. My doctor examined the injury and suggested I get a shin splint ice pack. The first time I took the ice pack out of the freezer and wrapped it around my leg, I thought it was too cold ... for about five minutes ... then I realized that my pain was ebbing away. I was told to freeze the ice pack, then wrap it around my calf for 20 minutes at a time, every two hours. I followed those directions, and within three days, my pain was gone. The NEWGO shin splint is well-made, with straps that easily wrap around the ice pack and keep it in place. I hope I never have to use it again, only because that would mean I have been injured again, but if I DO have a similar injury, I will be very glad to know that I have this shin splint. I was going to add a photo showing the ice pack around my calf, but it looks exactly like the photo on the website, except his wrap is on the right leg and mine is on the left leg.

This is perfect for shin injury The Velcro straps change everything. Now, icing your leg isn't such a huge hassle! If you have to get up - you can! The coolness lasts about as long as you SHOULD keep the ice on...20 mins.

Best pack - quality.
Stays very, very cold for length of application- stays securely in place - good quality. Have had others in the past that don’t stay cold enough for very long. Recommend.
