I wanted a plain sheet of aluminium.
This is a sheet of composite material coated with a paper-thin layer of aluminium so it is no use for the heatsink purpose that I needed it for. I still need to find a solid piece of aluminium .

Composite not solid.
Can't knock the product or speedy service, but my mistake I thought it was a solid 3mm thick piece of metal. As indicated, this a composite sandwich with aluminium skins on either side. Returned with absolutely no issues.

Rubbish
This "aluminium" plate is basically plastic covered by a very thin layer of aluminium. It is an absolute scam! Don't buy this product!

Look really good
Fast delivery and easy to buy. I thought they were self adhesive but you need glue to stick them up. I had some superglue and stuck them to the wall with no problem and they’re still there. Bought to go by the back door to stop my dog scratching the wall when he wants to go out and the my are perfect foe this!

Not as thought
Not as thought when purchasing. It arrived very well packaged, however the product was already scratched, the thickness and shape was not completely the same all the way round the product.

Great composite sheet.
Turned out to be absolutely perfect for mounting a motherboard on. Easy to drill and the inner composite material is soft enough that the stand offs could be screwed into it by hand, but hard enough that the thread holds even when notable force is applied. For some reason and like a couple of others on here, I was expecting more aluminium but 5/5 stars as I can't really fault the description. Probably worth turning the word "composite" over in your head a couple of times before buying if you're a bit of a space cadet like me.
