LorAnn Cream Cheese Icing SS Flavor, 1 ounce bottle

Heavenly scented and taste outstanding! I'm thinking of trying it in my diffuser, 😆. This stuff smells and tastes so good! Great for making a cream cheese flavored icing without the cream cheese. Amazing 👏 🤩

I purchased this flavoring to use as a substitute for real cream cheese. The flavor is not exactly the same (but close enough) and allows me to make the cream cheese flavored buttercream for those events where extended refrigeration is not available.

This was my first time ever using LorAnn Oils and I've got to say that I'm now a fan. I bought the cream cheese oil to try out in some American buttercream and it's definitely one of the better tasting extracts out there. I've tried different cream cheese extracts and they've all tasted horribly (like cherry medicine). This oil requires a very little amount for it to taste good (1/4 tsp, a little less to taste even) without it going overboard and it was the most similar to cream cheese icing that I could get without using cream cheese. I have very sensitive taste buds, so even with the oil in my buttercream, I was still missing some cream cheese flavor but it was definitely good enough to call cream cheese buttercream. I would definitely recommend this oil and the smell is amazing. You could even add a bit of cream cheese along with less than a 1/4 tsp of the oil to get some more cream cheese flavor and still have a sturdy frosting that crusts and won't melt.

The extract is very flavorful. Worked to obtain a cream cheese flavor without adding cream cheese to my icing. Cream cheese makes your icing very soft and at times unable to make designs therefore this extract is perfect to add to your buttercream icing to achieve a cream cheese icing!
