Instant crystal clear water
If you have the space these are great really happy, water flow and cleaning is quick and easy .

After 6 months I am delighted - the clarity is just stunning
After 5 years of using a Pondkeeper own brand 3-chamber filter I decided to bite the bullet and invest in the Nexus 220. The Pondkeeper was good up to a point but cleaning it out, sometimes twice a week in the height of summer, was becoming too much for my old back pain. I also invested in this and the air-pump and what a difference the Nexus 220 makes. Upon advice I ran the two filters in tandem for three months whilst the Nexus media matured, but the water clarity now is just stunning and now my water tests show zero nitrate, nitrite and ammonia, which was never the case with the Pondkeeper filter. Cleaning is a doddle and takes 15 minutes tops with no back pain. Definitely worth the significant investment. I can now see every detail in the Koi and also everything on the pond bottom, some 1.5m down.
