Awesome Bushcraft Knife With a Unique Handle!
This knife is solid! The Ergos and the handle are absolutely fantastic, the blade is gorgeous and it's Italian! How cool is that? Did you know the handle is one piece? There's no seam on the bottom so it feels creamy to hold. I don't know anything about the steel or sharpening, but it is extremely sharp out of the box, users speak very highly of it and this is a grail knife for many. It's a perfect size for anything but the most demanding tasks. This and an M7 are the perfect do-anything pair. The sheath is terrific and even though I couldn't snap the retention strap closed the first time, I was able to eventually use enough force to get it closed, and from there the leather stretched out to make subsequent closures much easier. It works very well now. I also really like the Molle straps and snap on the backside. It's a very nice and very sturdy setup. Would recommend this knife highly to anyone looking for a comfortably large bushcraft knife.

Excellent overall knife
I'm usually not one for stainless steel in a blade I'm using for camping/bushcraft/etc. But...this is the exception. I did have to re-profile the edge which is pretty normal for factory knives. Otherwise, the handle and everything else is excellent. It seems to hold an edge quite well and is still decently easy to sharpen when needed. This has become my go to knife when I've been out backpacking now. I actually got another one just as a backup in case it gets lost or something. UPDATE: After about a year and a half of this being my primary camping/hiking/bushcrafting or whatever knife, I still love it. I made a boltron (like kydex) sheath just because I like them better than leather so I can't speak as to the leather's durability but it seems good. This is good usable steel. It holds an edge decent and is not too hard to sharpen. The shape is perfect for most of what I do. If you're looking for a good, usable knife, BUY this!
