Beautiful spice. Perfect for marination with yogurt.

My Bengali friend taught me how to use this powder. I mix it with yoghurt, garlic and ginger paste, a bit of lemon juice and some fresh coriander. I leave to marinade overnight and then cook on the bbq or in the air fryer. It’s a strong spice, so a little goes a long way. The powder is very expensive on Amazon, but as I can’t find it anywhere else, I have to buy it on here.

Great masala taste. Not too hot, great for seasoning all manner of curries

Excellent value for money came in a pouch which I intend to pour it into a storage jar. This made a lovely chicken marinade all I did was to mix some of this into some Greek youghut putting strips of chicken into for a couple of hours. Cooked on the bbq. Didn’t realise it’s first ingredient was salt. Very overpowering over the over all flavour

not the best flavour, but got as I could not find my usual brand. Need to use more to get good taste
