This is the one for me after dropping down to Small from Medium
TL;DR: the size of this makes a huge difference, with Small I'm very pleased. I used to wear nasal strips all the time due to allergies years ago. I dropped the habit when my allergies improved. Recently I tried a nasal strip again and realized just how poorly I had been sleeping due to trouble breathing. My nostrils get very narrow just before the cartilage part of my nose, and any amount of inflammation pretty much blocks them up. To make matters worse, breathing in draws my nostrils partway closed if I'm completely relaxed. Nasal strips are leaving a visible mark on my skin at this point so I've tried a few products to help. Many focus on keeping the outermost opening of the nostril free, which isn't exactly my problem. I tried the Medium one of these some months ago, and while better, I found it uncomfortable, and it wouldn't stay in the right spot. I decided to try the Small size, and I've already ordered a second to have on hand. I slept the whole night without getting frustrated and pulling it out! In my case it doesn't breathe as freely as a nasal strip, since there's something in the nasal passage after all - but it keeps things open pretty dependably and keeps me sleeping. Obviously this sort of thing is highly personal in terms of fit, but I'm happy. I will note that after wearing it back to back for a few days I got some blisters, so I'm slowly cycling this and nasal strips to hopefully get to using this 100% of the time.

Edited review. The first one worked perfectly, some of the rest have
New review, same issue: After ordering this product six times, I am editing this review. I keep buying them, because when I get a good one, it works better than any other I have tried! Unfortunately, after receiving two that fit just fine, the last one I bought does not fit well. It is flimsy and hard to insert. Again, the quality control is an issue. Please fix this so I can give this product a 5 star rating! When they fit they work great. Previous review: I bought the two size set initially, and the first night, it was like a miracle! Took getting used to, but I was sleeping snore free. I tried the second one in the set, and although they looked identical, I assumed it was the larger of the two. It didn't work. After the vendor's suggestion of replacement after a while, I ordered another small pair, but kept the first one for a spare. The new one didn't work. I thought maybe I should have ordered the medium instead, so I did that. That one didn't work either. On a whim, I went back to using the original dilator, and again, I was sleeping snore free. Then I lost the dilator that worked :-( All I can guess is that there is no quality control on this product, and just my luck, I got a good one in the first order, and wasted money on bad ones after that. At least I know the concept works, so I will be trying other brands.

an option to add for easier breathing
I have been using the nasal strips for a while and while they perform well, they leave a residue glue thats hard to get off and your nose needs to be really clean for them to stick. Saw this and thought it would be a better option. Wasnt sure it would work as well as after all, it is something inside your nose but it does work pretty well. I found it somewhat uncomfortable and can only wear it a couple of nights in a row before giving my nose a break. Maybe in time, i will get more acclimated to the fitting. It is supposedly good for 90 days - dont know why, seems like you could keep using for way past then, it is a semi rigid plastic. If you do have to replace it frequently, its expensive for what it is.

Works for snoring, but...
I have a narrow airway that causes snoring. Typical treatment options are not in the cards for me right now, but I still want to reduce snoring and have been trying a few different products. The good: -The dialator is made of a flexible, soft material and relatively easy to wear. It may not fit all nose shapes, but it works for mine. -My snoring has been reduced overall in the time I've spent wearing it, which is exactly what I got it for and I do feel it is effective. -It comes with a case that seals tight to keep it clean when not in use, and I appreciate that a lot. The bad: -The product has some unfinished / rough edges that are uncomfortable against my skin and can be painful. -Due to how this product works, it can leave your sinuses feeling dried out and a little raw. A humidifier can help, but it is still worth noting that you may feel uncomfortable. -If you sneeze while wearing this, it may hurt a lot :( ouch. I like this a fair amount for what it is, and it is a good tool to counteract my snoring in the meantime. Manufacturer may consider and benefit from a slightly softer material or finishing the seams of the product more efficiently so they do not dig into the skin of the person using it.

Nasal passage clarity
Game changer! Breathing through my nose has greatly improved. Comfortable enough to wear all day. Yes, even with glasses.

Nice product. Works as intended.
After using this product for 3 months I have to say I’m very satisfied. It took a bit of getting used to though. I was a daily user of BreathRight nose strips, but after about 2 decades using the strips it was effecting my skin. I tried many of the in nose dilators and this one won in overall comfort and dilation. There was another brand that did dilate my nose more, but the product deformed in a few days. This product holds its shape for at least 30 days. Speaking of 30 days, that’s when I replace them. The package says 90 days usage, but considering it’s in your nose, I don’t want any more bacteria than necessary so I discard mine for a new one after 30 days. I also find it has a slight yellow color around that time compared to a new one. I clean with anti-bacterial soap so that may be the cause of the color, but I just don’t want to take a chance. It’s worth trying if you need a bit more air breathing thru your nose. Since others have this problem I wanted to write a review. This is 100% unsolicited and I have received nothing from the maker of this product.

Small size is too large
I wish I could like it as it is soft and is supposed to last 90 days without replacing, and is simpler to place than some of the others. But even the small size is too large, either hanging out and falling out, or if I try to get it high enough for the bridge to be in place, it's way too high to be comfortable and even affects how my glasses fit on my nose. So if you have a small nose, I suggest trying the Woody Knows or Mute dilators in size small.

I can breathe again
I had a nose job 11 years ago. Several years ago, my nasal valve (basically the sides of my nose near the nostrils) started to collapse. My nostrils become more narrow. I couldn't breathe through my nose. When I jogged or slept, I could only breathe through my mouth, so I felt like I wasn't getting enough air in. I went to the US, and was advised by two surgeons, that I needed a cartilage graft to expand the sides of my nose. That costs tens of thousands of dollars, and they sometimes take cartilage from your rib. I tried Airmax, and I can finally breathe! It feels amazing. Sometimes it doesn't quite fit in, so I have try a few times, since my nostrils are fairly small. This is week 2 for me. I also ordered several pairs in the size small, in case it loses its shape. I alternate them, a few hours during the day, and some or all of the evening (if I can get it in comfortably). It works much better than breatheright strips. I only wish this had a more permanent impact. Also, I wasn't able to blow my nose through one side for years, and now that's starting to work too (minimally, but it's something).

Horrible product- zero star
Horrible Product may try strips or cheaper alternatives! It is literally less than HALF A GRAM of single use SILICON at the PRICE OF GOLD that loses its shape after a single use. Any V- shaped silicon clip could serve the purpose. The M size was perfect for me as it fitted just right in the nose BUT only after first use it keeps falling off the nose because the center of the “V” i.e. the part that remains outside the nose and touches the outer septum of the nose is too week to hold its shape. So you wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air and searching for it. trust me it’s a task to search it on the bed because its a very small transparent piece of silicon, almost impossible to find it among the layers of the blanket, pillow or bed-sheet. If it falls off the bed than you would need FBI to find it. All in all useless because of bad design better find an alternative
