What size vase is recommended so they don’t fall over?

I think you could try a 10 - to 20-inch vase. You need some vase stuffing. It'll make it look better

About how many vases can be filled with one package? I need about 10-12. Thanks

One Bouquet is recommended for one vase if you want to achieve a similar look to the showcased picture and video. If you need to fill up 10-12 vases, it is recommended to buy 10-12 bouquets. This way, you'll have enough flowers to fill each vase adequately for pampas grass.

Suggestions for Vase to put them in

I placed mine In a Glass vase , trimmed with gold lining ... it looked beautiful.. I'll recommend you choose a vase that's "Glass "
