Excellent product works for me very efficient, I have had to sleep sitting up for months because when I lie down my nose blocks up, since using this product I have had no problem. arrived early.

Very good.best one I've tried
I think this one is the best I've tried so far.Still not perfect.pros;It's very comfortable,no sore nose.It stays in all night.It doesn't take much faffing to place it (once you've got it,you've got it)cons;As with all of these I find they fall out once wet.So if your nose runs or you're running with it in,it will definitely NOT stay in.Very soft and Flexible so if the curve of your inner nose is closed by deviated septum like mine,it will force the dilator to cave in on itself.

Better than some
I have tried several different versions of dilators. This one has some effectiveness, but is not completely reliable, Some nights it works, but others it has no effect. I have given it 3 stars as it is the most comfortable of all dilators I have tried.
