Does this work well for oily skin?

I have slightly dry skin so it works well for me. I think it should work well for oily skin too, but best to check with E.L.F. Studio for a more firm answer. The product itself for the price is awesome! Hope this helps.

I have yellowish skin and i want to neutralize it but dont want to apply makeup. Can i apply this without putting any makeup on top?

it is not Foundation. you can use it as a primer to unify the color. green primer is better for redness.
