Couldn’t get these in any store for my generic hang on back from Amazon so happy when I found them, I just kept reordering over & over. Size was perfect. Water quality almost immediately improved & they were so cheap in comparison to other hang on back filters. Durable, long lasting & easy to clean until end of life was near. Easy to use also: take out of packet and rinse then insert. Sadly I have those fish away & retired the tank & filter but it was a good ride. The HOB & filter media’s gave me a good service. Defo recommend these.

Crystal Clear
When I bought my tank, it had one of these filters in and not knowing about larger fish tanks, I didnt know I needed three. The tank water was pretty murky! So then I ordered these, put three filters in, and fantastically clear water, fish very happy! They need changing every couple of weeks but well worth it! Thank you!

only half the order arrived - but supplier sent other half on to me promptly when I complained
The product is fine. But I ordered 2 packets, and only 1 was sent to me. When I complained, and emailed the supplier, they were prompt to rectify this ... But this was the second time I've had this experience with this supplier, and only the second time I've used them! I don't think I'll use them again, because I gave them the benefit of the doubt by placing a second order, but again they were unreliable at getting the order correct first time. Perhaps if you're only ordering one item they'd be fine, but check your goods carefully if you order more than one.

These are a fantastic price, cannot find these anywhere near me for this kind of price.As for there effectiveness, I could not truly tell you as I've never used anything else, but the Albanian frogs I have are still alive so I must be doing something right.
