For a long time I have kind of ignore my overall health and it wasn’t until I turned 30 that I started looking into a hollistic approach to my health. I usually use a hand mixer and the product mixes really well in water! I like the taste overall, it’s not thick like other things I have tried that tasted like chalk and I didn’t like that. It doubles as decoration. I feel happy to admire the color of the bag. I enjoy feeling the texture of the bag. The flavor of the berry and chocolate flavors is really nice! I feel like I'm getting in a cheat-meal / snack when I drink them.The powder goes really nicely with water. I usually leave a little extra in my water bottle to encourage water consumption. I also enjoy it with various types of milks - plant-based or animal. It tastes like a popsicle. It's also really tasty in coffee.I feel my energy levels as being higher. My skin is also more hydrated. My hair finally started growing again! I was bleached blonde and had a lot of damage from that. My hair wasn't growing, but after using this product I noticed that my hair is getting thicker again. My skin is more plump - I'm also getting a lot of compliments from acquaintances who see me regularly that I look supple. :)The smell is also delightful. I really recommend taking a quiet 30 minutes in the morning to really enjoy the sensory joy this package and product has to offer. It smells really good. I love having it as the start to my day and I feel incredibly feminine consuming it.If you read the ingredients - you'll see how good they are. There are no bad or empty fillers.
