Best for home simple home alterations, great buy.
After buying so many handy sewing machines, I finally found this one and it’s the best of all!! For this price, it’s great for home alterations and diy projects. The kit provided is also wholesome.Once I faced an issue with sewing, because of my own mistake but the customer support was very prompt with resolving my issue with a quick video phone call, within an hour!I’d say, if you follow their video properly, you’d be sorted!I’d totally recommend you to buy this instead of those cheap handy portable machines that are just faulty by design.

Works but not practically useful
Just ordered this recently. First of all this product works.Issues which I think the manufacturer needs to implement:1st The length of the wire for food paddle is not enough for me to actually use it as a foot paddle. When I keep the machine in the table, the foot paddle stays hanging. So unless they increase the length of the foot paddle, it is just not useful.2nd the Threader was missing from the package.3rd a lot of the attached things in the kit were of low quality such as the hooks and other accessories, they were rusted.4th it is only good for very small clothing, else it won’t fit in the machine space.
