Not much to say on the quality, it's just oats. But take care with the amount you use.It says "use one serving for a shake". A 1kg pack says 50 servings; that's 20 grams for a serving. But the substance is so light that 20 grams is a couple of heaped tablespoons. I only add 1 heaped tablespoon to my shake and it's quite filling. I don't know if too much protein can be bad.

Finely milled oat flour. No big chunks of uncut oat or clumping. Consistent. No weird smell. Bag has press-close seal, excellent for fine powders.I got it to make pancakes with. I’ll share my recipe. The fine particles are perfect for this—I’ve tried and it’s just not the same using whizzed up oats.Begin with half cup of egg whites whizzy whisked almost like meringue, plop in 60g 0% Greek yoghurt and a spoon of honey, whisk again.Add this to dry mix (40g oat powder, 5g cornflour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt) mix to deflate fluffiness a bit and then add tbsp of regular or gf flour—adding it at the end stops them being rubbery. I put it in for flavour and structure. Tested gf flour—macros will differ.Serves one. Makes six to seven 3-inch fluffy pancakes. 54c 3f 24p (337kcals) gluten-free almost identical.Serve with whatever you like, honey or preserves, eggs etc.Best pancakes I’ve ever made with this powder. Taste is creamy, oaty loveliness.

Good product, one of my favourite type of oats which I'm buying very often, they fill you up nicely, and tastes good in my opinion.

These are the smoothest oats I’ve found. I’ve had to try a few different brands but these seem to be the best. I’ve had two bags now and both were equally smooth. Couldn’t ask for any more!

I'm really bad at getting up and having breakfast but this work great i mix it up just before I walk out the door and I feel better just having something in me stomach and stops me grabbing something on the way to work which most likely not be the healthiest.

Not much to say really as advertised

3 times of 5 orders i've had a problem with these (ordering this years by now), many times it came opened or with a hole on the packaging, won't order it anymore.
